They're trying to sell not what you need, but what they want. In the only XXL shirt that fit with my M-L (classic cut, not even fitted), the sleeves hung to the knee. They were screwed four times and tried to sell me this model with the words: "And you will buy cufflinks and everything will be fine."

To our indignation about this, we heard the answer "we have never done this" (???). Not to mention the overall impression of the service and staff, for whom the concepts of "personal boundaries" and "sense of tact" are completely absent. It's a pity that we didn't read the reviews before we went.
