Disappointed with both the product and the service, I think this is my first and last purchase in this store. I took a duct exhaust fan VENTS TT 100, if compared with a conventional 35 watt kitchen hood, the air flow is 3-5 times weaker and the noise is greater, I don't know if it's just my copy's trouble or they're all like that. I saw on the website that it is possible to return the product within 90 days after purchase if it is unused and in its native packaging. But I was happy early, the manager said that it was difficult-household appliances and could not be exchanged, recommended choosing the product more carefully and if I just did not like the fan, this is not his problem. When I picked up the fan, there was no way to check at the pick-up point since it goes wirelessly. I usually buy in another online store, there are 3 days for self-checking and there are no problems with returning, well, unfortunately there was no this model. The review was written for the product, but since it was not published there, I had to post it here, there are no claims to the point of issue.
