I decided to leave a comment about how the well-known 7745 store now works with customers.Namely, I bought a voltage stabilizer from them (gas heating and a gas boiler are being installed in a private house), Took it to the delivery office in the evening, and in the morning, when I came to the construction site, I don't know what pulled me, I wanted to check how it works. And in the video attached to the review, everything will be as clear as possible that I was not satisfied with the operation of the device. But I don't have any special questions about the device itself - the usual Kitpai pal!, just some kind of normal batch, some kind not. I've come across the second one. So I picked it up in the evening and at lunch the next day I already brought it back, in a box, packed everything as it was at the factory (I didn't use it for a day)). As a result, a week later they give the answer - "you're a fool, there's nothing to believe that we're responsible for something here, we'd like to sell it, but what are you going to do with this stabilizer now ...)". The only strange thing is in our time when there are so many people like them for the 21st century ozone, etc. this refers to someone who regularly gave them his hard-earned money (he often used this store simply because what difference does it make, plus or minus the same ..) but now, for the first time, I'm faced with an obvious problem. I got this as a product. I understand that I'm not even a drop in the bucket among the general crowd of buyers, but I'm sure that given that every day in our market there are only more low-quality goods hitting their shelves, anyone who wants to use their services may be in my place)).

We sold a table with a broken (corner) countertop. The employee of the goods delivery did not open the boxes for verification and slipped the warranty card for signature. Contacting the complaint department did not give results, they say they signed a warranty, which means that the product is of high quality. If it weren't for the urgency, I would have brought the case to court, and so I had to buy a countertop in another store. Be careful and check everything on the spot.
