I decided to leave a comment about how the well-known 7745 store now works with customers.Namely, I bought a voltage stabilizer from them (gas heating and a gas boiler are being installed in a private house), Took it to the delivery office in the evening, and in the morning, when I came to the construction site, I don't know what pulled me, I wanted to check how it works. And in the video attached to the review, everything will be as clear as possible that I was not satisfied with the operation of the device. But I don't have any special questions about the device itself - the usual Kitpai pal!, just some kind of normal batch, some kind not. I've come across the second one. So I picked it up in the evening and at lunch the next day I already brought it back, in a box, packed everything as it was at the factory (I didn't use it for a day)). As a result, a week later they give the answer - "you're a fool, there's nothing to believe that we're responsible for something here, we'd like to sell it, but what are you going to do with this stabilizer now ...)". The only strange thing is in our time when there are so many people like them for the 21st century ozone, etc. this refers to someone who regularly gave them his hard-earned money (he often used this store simply because what difference does it make, plus or minus the same ..) but now, for the first time, I'm faced with an obvious problem. I got this as a product. I understand that I'm not even a drop in the bucket among the general crowd of buyers, but I'm sure that given that every day in our market there are only more low-quality goods hitting their shelves, anyone who wants to use their services may be in my place)).

Disappointed with both the product and the service, I think this is my first and last purchase in this store. I took a duct exhaust fan VENTS TT 100, if compared with a conventional 35 watt kitchen hood, the air flow is 3-5 times weaker and the noise is greater, I don't know if it's just my copy's trouble or they're all like that. I saw on the website that it is possible to return the product within 90 days after purchase if it is unused and in its native packaging. But I was happy early, the manager said that it was difficult-household appliances and could not be exchanged, recommended choosing the product more carefully and if I just did not like the fan, this is not his problem. When I picked up the fan, there was no way to check at the pick-up point since it goes wirelessly. I usually buy in another online store, there are 3 days for self-checking and there are no problems with returning, well, unfortunately there was no this model. The review was written for the product, but since it was not published there, I had to post it here.
