We really enjoyed our vacation in the UAE. Although we don't like to repeat ourselves, we are here again. This time it's Ajman. The smallest, but so cozy, kind, warm....What did we know about him?! Nothing. And now we know a lot. The pearl of Ajman, an interactive museum, helped us in this. Everything about this emirate is collected here. Where it is located, what its inhabitants did, how they lived, who they fought with, what they achieved, etc. The museum is located on the site of the old fortress, it was recreated and filled with the breath of history. Each room is an interactive excursion into the past. There is a market and a school, a hospital and the emir's palace, modest Arab housing, handicrafts and religion and Arab horses. Human figures, as if alive.
A virtual tour guide follows us along the wall. You can walk there for hours, looking at objects hung and laid out - weapons, household items, clothing, handicrafts, etc., moving from one building to another and just wandering around the yard. It was an unforgettable journey, we were so delighted that we then told everyone about this museum, showing hundreds of photos taken during our visit.

It is considered the best museum in the UAE. It is dedicated to the life of Arabs in the past, even deep before the oil era. It is located in an interesting building, similar to an ancient fortress. The museum presents expositions of the way of life of people: teaching children at school, medical practices, costumes and jewelry, weapons, tools, musical instruments, there is a hall dedicated to radio, horses and camels, there is an exposition of the ancient market, a beautiful hall dedicated to pearl fishing- the main income of the ancient Ajmans. The museum is divided into halls, each of which is located in a separate room of the fortress. There are comments in Arabic and English.

An excellent museum of local lore on the history of Ajman. There are many expositions telling about the life of the indigenous peoples of the Arabian Desert. It is located within walking distance from the hotel. The ticket price is very cheap.

We visited the museum on our own. I really liked it, we didn't even expect it to be so interesting. A ticket to the museum is not expensive, you go everywhere on your own, there are no caretakers anywhere. The only disadvantage is that it is cold in the rooms. Probably in the summer, when it's very hot outside, this is a plus, we were in December in the evening, it was + 23 outside. Even without knowing English, you can read all the descriptions through Google translator. All over the territory of the Wi-Fi.

A very decent museum. It's small, but the design is high-quality. It is very pleasant to wander on a cloudy day. I especially liked the market "corner", and the rest of the halls are very good

Fort of the 18th or 19th century, restored. It used to be the residence of the sheikhs of Ajman. The exposition is modest, devoted mainly to the everyday life of local residents. You can visit once in order to broaden your horizons.

You can take a walk. It is not a very large, but an interesting exposition. I was with my 6-year-old son, due to interactive screens, and he was interested. The museum is small, we looked at everything slowly for an hour and a half.

A quiet museum in the city center. Entrance is paid, but pennies. You walk through the cells, where there are videos and installations, pictures and photos. There is no guide. There are no people either).

Cool museum!!! It is very interesting how the Bedouins and nomads lived, how they studied, how they were treated, everything is clearly shown. It's a pity there was no story in Russian yet! And so everything is clearly clear! I highly recommend it!
