Be sure to visit if you are vacationing in Ajman. A beautiful and secluded place. I was walking alone in the territory. The entrance is only 5 dirhams, more reliable than cash. Quiet, all rooms are air-conditioned. It's time to take a walk in the heat of the day. There is something to entertain yourself with, but there are nuances.... All information is in English or Arabic only. But everything is clear from the pictures too. It will be interesting with children, and there are interactive exhibits. And as a photo zone, it's great too. I recommend it!!!

I learned about this museum from the reviews of tourists, and I was happy to visit it. It's interesting and informative, even without knowing the language. Each composition was accompanied by an interactive video on the wall. Everything is very realistic! Admission is 5 dirhams per person

It's a good place, the location is amazing, there is a place to walk, learn the history, the way of life of the emirates, all the expositions are in English, so either connect the translator offline or you need to know the language, it will be interesting They gave 10 dirh (240 rub) for 2 adults and a child The viewing takes place under air conditioning, so it's very fresh in some places.

We've been to the museum, and it's useful to see it for a change, if you have time. The exhibition is a reproduction of the life of the people inhabiting this territory! The wax figures presented at the exhibition are a bit scary, but the everyday life is reproduced realistically, we tried to collect a lot of exhibits reflecting the life of local residents.

If you have already reached Ajman, I recommend visiting this museum. Unfortunately, you will not hear any words in Russian, all the information is in Arabic and English. But the way of life of the past is very interesting . and you can read the story on the Internet later. Restaurants nearby . It's very atmospheric in the evening

A great place to get to know the history and culture of the local Arabs. The interactivity of the exhibits is minimal, but it is still quite informative, especially if you read the signs in English or Arabic. Our knowledge of English was mediocre, but everything was clear anyway. The next day, our children asked us to come for a walk in this museum again :)

I suddenly liked it. An excellent exhibition dedicated to the history of this emirate, from the formation of statehood and the biography of the rulers to various aspects of the life of ordinary people (family, education, healthcare, etc.) in the twentieth century. There are a lot of photos, and group scenes with life-size human figures help to get acquainted with all aspects of people's lives. The ticket is very cheap. We were without a guide, I don't know if there is such an option, each exhibit is accompanied by a detailed description in English and Arabic. I highly recommend it.

I really liked the museum! Admission is 5 dirhams. There are authentic cafes nearby, the halls are diverse, there is almost interactive everywhere, the rooms are cool. The inscriptions are duplicated in English. You can take authentic photos in beautiful Arabic interiors.

It's an interesting place to get acquainted with the history of the inviting party. The compact exposition allows you to discover some moments of life before... And it won't take much time. The only thing that confused me was the way to buy a ticket, with the mail link!

The museum in Ajman left a very pleasant impression, despite its simplicity. In fact, this is an ancient fort, which in itself is a historical monument. There are no modern bells and whistles here – everything is very authentic and oriental. Inside there are exhibits related to the history of the emirate, but all inscriptions and explanations are only in Arabic. For Russian-speaking tourists, this is, of course, a small disadvantage, but even without detailed descriptions, you can feel the local flavor. The architecture of the building itself is particularly impressive – typical for the region, with its characteristic narrow windows and thick walls. The halls feature household items, weapons, and traditional outfits. All this creates a special atmosphere of the past. Despite the lack of interactive elements and multimedia presentations, the museum is definitely worth a visit to experience authentic Arab culture. This is a place where you can truly feel the spirit of the East, see how people lived in these parts before. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the local atmosphere and see the traditional Arab fort. This is not a modern technological museum, but a real time machine in an ancient castle!

I liked the museum: it was sparsely populated, interesting, inexpensive, and there were several rooms with various exhibits. I advise you to visit. The only thing on the website was that it was open until 6 p.m., as a result, at 5 p.m. we were already asked to leave, possibly because of Ramadan.

It's cool, just to see and visit. We were alone on a hectare of land. Interactive in places, positive and not boring museum, in two languages- the translation will be understandable if there is an elementary level in English. the entrance to our money is no more than 150 rubles, and emotions are 150 thousand hectares. And also visit the fish market in Ajman, buy lobster and crabs for 1.5 thousand + cooking 900 rubles (grill or fry-your preference) and you will never forget this day!!!

We really enjoyed our vacation in the UAE. Although we don't like to repeat ourselves, we are here again. This time it's Ajman. The smallest, but so cozy, kind, warm....What did we know about him?! Nothing. And now we know a lot. The pearl of Ajman, an interactive museum, helped us in this. Everything about this emirate is collected here. Where it is located, what its inhabitants did, how they lived, who they fought with, what they achieved, etc. The museum is located on the site of the old fortress, it was recreated and filled with the breath of history. Each room is an interactive excursion into the past. There is a market and a school, a hospital and the emir's palace, modest Arab housing, handicrafts and religion and Arab horses. Human figures, as if alive. A virtual tour guide follows us along the wall. You can walk there for hours, looking at objects hung and laid out - weapons, household items, clothing, handicrafts, etc., moving from one building to another and just wandering around the yard. It was an unforgettable journey, we were so delighted that we then told everyone about this museum, showing hundreds of photos taken during our visit.

Hello, everyone. We had a vacation in July in the UAE, in Ajman, and decided to visit the museum. The museum is not expensive, they gave 15 dirhams for 4 people. We really liked it, everything is spacious, there is no sense. There are many halls and expositions, probably in the entire history of the UAE. There are air conditioners in the halls, you don't die from the heat. Definitely worth a visit. The only thing is that the description is all in Arabic and English. In Russian, it would still be 5+

It is considered the best museum in the UAE. It is dedicated to the life of Arabs in the past, even deep before the oil era. It is located in an interesting building, similar to an ancient fortress. The museum presents expositions of the way of life of people: teaching children at school, medical practices, costumes and jewelry, weapons, tools, musical instruments, there is a hall dedicated to radio, horses and camels, there is an exposition of the ancient market, a beautiful hall dedicated to pearl fishing- the main income of the ancient Ajmans. The museum is divided into halls, each of which is located in a separate room of the fortress. There are comments in Arabic and English.

We visited the museum on our own. I really liked it, we didn't even expect it to be so interesting. A ticket to the museum is not expensive, you go everywhere on your own, there are no caretakers anywhere. The only disadvantage is that it is cold in the rooms. Probably in the summer, when it's very hot outside, this is a plus, we were in December in the evening, it was + 23 outside. Even without knowing English, you can read all the descriptions through Google translator. All over the territory of the Wi-Fi.
