I went to the store the other day mi.by . I was very pleasantly surprised by how the staff communicate with customers: they explain everything in detail, help with the choice and at the same time do not rush anywhere. It is clear that they know their job well. Everything is clean and tidy in the store, the goods are conveniently located — it's nice to be there. However, I noticed one drawback: the prices. Absolutely the same products can be found in online stores with 20-30% savings. Yes, there won't be such a service, but the cost difference makes you wonder. The store left good impressions, but I would like to see more competitive prices.
