Super delicious pilaf! Layers, as is customary in Samarkand. The portions are huge, we ate one for two. Pilaf is served with a salad of fresh vegetables, pickled garlic, tea to choose from ... you can take bottled beer. The first cauldron is ready at 11-12 o'clock, the second cauldron at 17:30. Check the cooking time of the pilaf with the locals, so as not to get to the empty cauldron.

1. You are not the only pilaf lover in Samarkand, there are so many and sometimes queues form. So be patient.
2. By 13.00 hours, it no longer remains.
The prices are very affordable. The hall is without pretensions, but clean and tidy.

One of the best pilaf Centers in Samarkand. I have known this institution for many years and was their client before the complete reconstruction of the building. Both then and now my guests are very satisfied with the excellent pilaf, pleasant atmosphere, courteous staff and, most importantly, perfect cleanliness, which unfortunately cannot be said about many even very popular establishments in the city.

I didn't appreciate it. There are few free places, you have to wait or eat with someone at the same table. The price tag is too high. Half a portion of pilaf, salad and a pot of tea for three (I ate with two unknown women, because there were no empty seats) - I was billed 120 thousand soums. Whereas pilaf in a restaurant in the center of Samarkand is a full portion of 30-35 thousand soums. There are 25 thousand soums of pilaf, salad, flatbread and a kettle of tea in a simpler cafe.
The pilaf is ordinary. I ate and tasted better in more comfortable conditions. And the location is on the outskirts of the city - taking a taxi specifically to eat pilaf is not worth it.

We ate Samarkand pilaf with raisins and chickpeas with mutton , drank tea with tortillas and fruits. The lunch was hearty and pilaf was served in a large portion. But I've mastered everything.
