I really liked the hotel. It's clean, beautiful, and the interior is pleasant. The food is varied and delicious! The staff is friendly, especially thanks to Faruk and Viktor! We always helped in all matters! Almost no one speaks Russian (they shouldn't, it's an Arab country), if necessary, they communicated through a translator, there were no problems! The pool was warm, but there was a shadow from the building. Don't sunbathe. They take you to the sea for free, the beach is good, the sea is clean! The location of the hotel is also not bad, it was a 10-minute drive to the Dubai mall! It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the metro, but there is also a free shuttle service! The only drawback is that you need to book a bus in advance, there is dust around the construction site, but this did not spoil our rest in any way. There is a children's room in the hotel, but there are not enough toys there. In general, we were satisfied.

Nice, modern hotel in a quiet area. The room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and stylish interior. Everything was working — air conditioning, shower, Wi-Fi without failures. We cleaned every day, the staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious, the choice is decent — both European food and some Middle Eastern cuisine. I especially liked the fresh fruits and omelets on request. 🏋️‍♂️ There is a swimming pool and gym on the roof — it's great to swim with a view of the city! The metro is a bit far on foot, but a taxi / carsharing service is easy to call, the location is convenient for those who want peace, but at the same time be close to the center. Cons: • Windows do not open (this is a common story in Dubai). • If the room faces the road, it may be noisy — ask the side to be quieter when checking in. Overall, everything is very decent — a pleasant price-quality ratio. It is suitable both for rest and for a short work trip. I would have come back 👍

There is a shuttle service to La Mer beach, DUBAI MALL, Festival City Mall and the metro station. Dinner is quite varied, but without frills. I really liked the pilaf - there is rice in a large vat, stewed beef in the middle, and you cut off the desired piece of meat yourself with a spatula. It deserves special attention - it is very tender and deliciously cooked. We also got into the Halloween period - and the sweets were made in this theme. The main disadvantage is the location of the hotel. I liked the room. Snow-white bed linen . A swimming pool with a pleasant atmosphere. Afternoon - the sun is right here. Pleasant music was playing. We rested on the pool.

A good city hotel, located 6 km from the airport, is a plus, we got there quickly, but there is a bus to the beach (9 km) 3 times a day at 9.12 and 16.45 hours (you need to make an appointment in advance, a day in advance) we arrived at the hotel at 15 o'clock and caught this bus, but we were not we were taken (they said that no one signed up), we were left without the sea on the first day, on the second day there was also an incident, we were taken to the sea, but we forgot to pick up the guide from the beach, we wrote to the guide, after 2, 5 hours the bus still came, so it's better to negotiate with the driver when you get off the bus on the beach and discuss the departure time when getting off the bus so that there are no misunderstandings, the food is delicious, varied, especially dinners, the same set of dishes for breakfast every day, I also liked the service, the staff was friendly, responsive, I especially liked the Russian-speaking girl Magda, she helped a lot as an interpreter, for a misunderstanding with the beach they asked for lunch on the day of departure and oh, a miracle- they gave it to us, the cleanliness in the rooms and the hotel was on the same level, only the windows were upset and the towels were not always clean (with stains)

The hotel is only pretentious in appearance. The room was missing: a toothbrush, ear sticks and a shoe spoon. Two days before departure, the room was not cleaned and towels were not changed. The pool is on the shady side, so no one swims in it. The conditioner is not adjustable, only it can be turned on or off. The transport accessibility is terrible, only the free transfer from the hotel saved. There are no normal sidewalks around, so when walking to a bus or subway stop, your shoes will be covered in dust. There are also some tricks with the cost of the room (be careful). The sound insulation is weak, you can hear the equipment humming at low frequencies (apparently the condensation system on the roof) and you can hear the voices of neighbors at night.

I liked the hotel, it was clean and bright. The rooms are cleaned daily. The only thing was that I had to call every day and ask to bring clean bathrobes and towels, because they were often taken away after cleaning. Very decent food. There is not a lot of choice, but there are always 4 types of salad, a couple of side dishes, meat and fish, desserts, fruits. You won't leave hungry. Al Jadaf metro station is 15-20 minutes away on foot. What else I would like to note is the speed of solving any problems. I came or called the reception, the master came immediately or the robes were brought. Transfer 4 times a day hotel-La Mer beach-Dubai Mall Hotel. In general, I recommend it as a city hotel.

There is a construction site in the district and there is nothing but a couple of mini shops and a pharmacy. Walking around in the evening will not work. 2. The hotel is beautiful, special thanks to the staff ! Very polite, smiling, responsive! Cleaning every day. We checked in earlier, as we arrived early, we didn't have to wait. Allowed to leave for free 2 hours later. The rooms are cozy , the mattresses are just a bomb , a lot of pillows , a large modern TV . Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in the rooms too. The Internet is good , there were no problems .
