См. ниже отзыв на русском языке. During my recent stay at the Lykia Botanika Beach & Fun Club, I encountered several issues that potential guests should consider. We booked a room for a family of five, but there were only four beds and three hangers available initially. Although a fifth bed was eventually provided, it was in poor condition. When I requested a room change, the staff informed me that no other rooms were available. I reached out to the travel agency, but they were unable to assist at all. If I had seen photos of the room in advance, I would have never chosen this hotel. Therefore, I have uploaded photos to help others make an informed decision. Additionally, the cleaning service was inconsistent; there were days when the cleaning staff did not show up at all, which required me to call the reception for assistance. Based on these experiences, I would not recommend this hotel. It’s also worth noting that the Wi-Fi service incurs an additional charge of 3 euros per day, and at times it can take several minutes to connect to the network. These factors may influence your choice of accommodations. To AsiaLuxe Travel Agency: please provide complete details about the destination, as families want to relax, not spend their time dealing with hotel staff. No matter how cool and cool this agency is called, other options should and should be considered. We took a tour for 2 days Istanbul, 5 days Antalya, God, how badly it was all done, not by myself, the tour, but what our tour operator Asia Lux did... All rooms are good, large (48sq.m for two), and we were given a room of 22sq.m for three. We would have paid more for the room if we had known that we would be given such a room in advance, otherwise we can'T CHANGE them here! People who paid the same amount as us are getting high because they chose another tour operator, so dear travelers, consider other tour operators too, and not just one. Thank you for spoiling the Asia Suite vacation!

Terrible service! Shohjahon's manager has zero responsibility for tourists, we have a flight tomorrow, and we don't have ANY documents on hand! And even confirmation of the reservation from the hotel! And the manager only excuses himself by saying that this happens with close departure dates, even though we paid for the tour on Friday afternoon! Since Friday, he hadn't even bothered to get in touch until we called him. As a result, we are sitting on nerves and do not understand whether we will leave tomorrow or not. It's just disgusting! I work in the service myself, and I can only fire such a manager!
