You can only apply for repairs if you personally deliver the stroller. Attention! Only on weekdays from 10 to 17. They don't accept it at other times, and I didn't give a damn about the work schedule of the customers. The store's courier can't pick up the stroller. Bottom line: does mom and baby need to take a stroller for repairs or should dad take time off from work? Customer orientation is at zero. I do not recommend this store for the purchase of children's goods.
