After contacting the jewelry store, filling out the consumer's application form with a request for repairs, she was refused, because the rupture and deformation of the links was not a manufacturing defect, but a consequence of the operation of the product.. I didn't wear the bracelet every day, I might not wear it for a week or two. But even if you wear it daily, it shouldn't fall into disrepair so quickly. This is not my first jewelry, and no bracelet has ever disappointed so much, although it had a more fragile structure.
