In February 2024, a silver chain was purchased at the 7 Carat store at the Euroopt shopping center, 20th microdistrict 30, Zhlobin.Initially, we chose a different chain, but according to the consultant, who furiously assured us that it was Bismarck weaving (in real life it turned out to be Snake weaving) it was also claimed that this is the most reliable and strong chain, which is unusual to never break, and even if something happens, we have a "lifetime warranty"
About 9 months have passed, the girl noticed a small disconnection of this plexus on the chain, but slightly focused on it, literally on the next day, when she was putting on her sweater, the thread that came out of the jacket itself somehow got under this small disconnection and it broke off!
The next day:
We contacted the store located in Gomel, Prospekt Pobedy 29 "7 carat", explained the situation and they decided to send the chain to Minsk for research.
We took the chain away after 12 days, the repair was refused, according to them, the defect arose during operation, in numerous scratches, etc.
The next question is, why then their lifetime warranty, why does it exist? How is yF
The store is just terrible. I advise everyone to contact only ziko, where employees always help and carry out repairs for any new request. And do not bet on discounts of 7 carats, their incompetent employees and a "lifetime warranty". I wish them the same customers as themselves!

18 октября 2022 года выбирала подарок для близкого человека. Консультанты очень приветливы. Помогли с выбором.
