We ordered a window. Despite the fact that the measurer does not work on weekends, we made concessions and took measurements on Saturday. Due to the nuances of the installation time (there were time limits), we also went to a meeting. The installation was carried out within the agreed time frame. Special thanks to the installer Maxim. Despite the surprises after the dismantling of the old window (the brick house is more than 50 years old), he coped perfectly and promptly.

I had an extremely negative experience of "buying" and "being interested" in a customer. The ceiling was measured, I came to order at the office, the contract was signed, I paid for everything with a card, but they didn't give me a check because the terminal was frozen. I needed the ceiling fast. They write to me a few days later that the payment has not been received and silence, we are waiting for more money. A few days later, I already write to them to find out what's with the ceiling and the payment, they reply that they still don't have the money (I had debits from my bank, which I showed, screenshots were also sent to them). And until I started writing to the managers again why I, as a client, should search and find out why they don't have my money yet, the request to their bank has not been sent. I can go on for a long time, I want to write the following in my resume. They never made a ceiling for me, there was no interest in me, no one was going to find out anything without my requests and did nothing in this direction. Like a fool, I tried to solve this issue myself. I am still extremely disappointed, I no longer plan to order from this company, I will not recommend it to anyone, and I will even discourage it.
