Disgusting company. We purchased a door from them with the installation and transfer of the door frame. The measurer arrived and agreed on everything, and a few weeks later they called us back and agreed on the installation date. The installers arrived, they talked to them again about the transfer, as a result, the door was not moved, which subsequently blocked the door to the neighbor. And in order for her to get home, I had to cut off part of the door for her.
They tried to resolve the issue peacefully , expecting a call from the director, but apparently the director is too busy a person to find time and at least call back and apologize for the work of his staff. At the moment, we are collecting the document, and we will go to court, as all the terms of the contract have been violated.

Good evening.On 25.02, according to the contract 29245 DM, pine doors were installed for me.The master arrived at 9:30 a.m. and showed me the canvases, there were no obvious defects, and he started working.In the evening , at 22 :30 , he finished and announced that everything was ready .Here it became obvious that the platbands were defective (chips, dents).To my remark, he replied that it was pine and it was soft, so buy a felt-tip pen (seriously?).Of course , by 23 o'clock in the morning , I did not find out if this was normal or not , I signed the act and went to bed .I've already found more defects this morning.I sent the photo to the managers, but got the same response.: this is a pine tree, such are its properties...You know, the doors may not be expensive for the company, but for me the cost is palpable.There is no joy from the purchase, there is only one disappointment. The coating isn't great either....Guys, a reputation is worth more than a couple of architraves and wax for furniture, that's for sure. I boasted to everyone that I ordered the doors from you, and now, apparently, I'll have to tell you where not to order. I ask that a specialist visit us and promptly fix the shortcomings of the work, preferably without a felt-tip pen :) and with new platbands. On the plus side: polite, friendly managers. That's all.

A balcony frame was ordered from this company. After installation, no defects were visually noticed. But after washing, they found many defects, in the form of scratches, potholes (depressions), the mosquito net is not dense, there are probably remnants of glue on the glass, which could not be removed independently. After what they saw, they called the company (at the moment there were 2 calls), I will say this at the other end, probably an employee of this company does not know such a thing as "customer orientation", it seemed that the employee did not seek to resolve our issue. And only today, on the 7th day after the second call, the master for the elimination of apparently jambs called, said he was sick and would only be able to next week.
Will I recommend this company, no!
I think so, if the customer has any complaints, then they need to be resolved quickly! So that there is no conflict, harassment and negative aspects from working with this company.

Everything went great. We ordered and produced everything on time. But we were really lucky with the installer. Because you read other reviews and are horrified. It was unfinished, it was not cleaned, etc. I repeat, we were lucky. The installer arrived for the first time, his name is Ruslan.
I put everything together clearly and neatly. I hung up the chandelier. Plugs, everything is clear. I cleaned up after myself.
Therefore, when they ordered a stretch ceiling for the kitchen, even before ordering and paying for the canvas, I asked if Ruslan was still working. Because as soon as I wait for him, if he is busy. Yes, Ruslan works for this company. So they ordered and paid for it.
Ruslan has extensive experience in this field, including work experience in the European Union! You can only observe and not interfere with the work of a professional. Believe me, I very carefully monitor the work of people in my house. I won't let anyone into my house. I appeal to the management of the company "7 squares" such specialists as Ruslan, you need to keep them at any financial price! They are the face of your company.

As a result, they did, they left dirty spots. There are yellow stripes on the walls. It turns out that the varnish has turned yellow around the perimeter of the kitchen from overheating.
After a while, my friends said that my ceilings were poorly made.
Ceilings in the kitchen and hallway. At the corners of the cracks and the ceilings themselves are weakly stretched.
In November, master Ruslan made a stretch ceiling in the hall. I worked alone, the result is excellent.
There is something to compare it with.

The story of how the ceiling was stretched, and there was a hole of 3-4mm. and they accused us of doing it "OURSELVES." They delayed the case for a long time. We stretched 3 canvases at once, and after a while another one. Please note, we did not carry out any more repair work, and after the last work, Master Andrey left behind a "hole" of 3-4 mm. and we found it 2 months later, because no one thought to go in and check the ceiling in the room where he left the grinder, profile, cannon, etc. Master Andrey cleverly, cunningly after himself, he left a hole in the canvas in one of the rooms, accused that we had broken through the furniture, advised us to cover up with a corrector and as a result hid the fact of the appeal, delayed the case for 3 months, promising that he would solve the problem with the hole in the ceiling, and as a result, Andrei was not going to solve anything, the company employees said that Andrey did not record anything in writing. It's just awful! And the "swing" went on for another 3 months. We were fed " breakfast", we will come, we will see, we will make an act, do not write a written complaint. As a result, we called Yuri Rudko, who continued to promise! As a result, he forgot, then he has a lot of work, call them. The nikah company is not interested in solving the issue, they hide defects, blame their own shortcomings. Be careful after completing their work!And companies learn not to push the "shoals" of their employees to the customer! P.s in the photo you can even see that it is missing, the edges are sealed, and the company insists that there is mechanical damage. Funny...

and the management needs to choose their employees better somehow.
