But everything is based around the pool, because of this, the water is ankle-deep in the steam room, there are no mats anywhere, it is slippery. Everything is in the water everywhere. There is no ventilation, condensation above the table drips onto the food. The doors are all cracked from the moisture. If you're with the kids, there's nowhere to change. The locker room is only at the entrance, cold.

A well-worn sauna in need of repair. A lot of things don't work and aren't at their best. For example, the door in the steam room is skewed and with large slits, the water bucket is leaking, the faucets in the shower are half-broken. There's ankle-deep water in the steam room. Before you sell your services, put everything in proper shape.
