Carefully, "Igor", who gave this service 5 points, is the employee of this paint shop They painted infiniti. First, the bumper was painted. A day later, they noticed that they did not get into the shade. Instead of bluish, it turned out to be gray (I attach a photo with a flash). Fortunately, the mistake was recognized and they decided to involve a normal colorist. As a result, they were repainted in the correct color. Next in line is the entire left side of the car: fender, door, door, fender, rear bumper. Since all this took 10 days, and we had to pick up the car in a week, we agreed that they would do their best in a week, and the rest some other time. As a result, we arrive a week later, and it turns out that after painting they themselves scratched the freshly painted wing, and now they need to repaint. The rear bumper was incorrectly installed. And there were a few small details missing from the door. It turned out that the details are stored somewhere with them, they say, we will come back later anyway, and then they will install them :) It's some kind of circus. As a result, the car was not taken away, they left to repaint the wing, scratched through their fault, to finish painting the remaining elements and return the parts to their place. After a couple of days, they told me to come get the car. Have arrived. And we found new scratches (photo). And there is also a huge gap between the hood and the wing. There was no question of picking up the car. They were left to redo it. A couple of hours later, they were finally able to pick up the car. And already near the house it was discovered that the inner element of the door was poorly installed (apparently they were disassembling) and was hanging out. We immediately contacted these "specialists". We were promised to check with the collector and give us an answer. As a result, we did not receive any response. They don't answer the calls, they've set the invisibility mode in Viber. The end of the story. In general, it is terrible and irresponsible I can only attach two photos, since the rest of the photos were taken by them. You know, they are unlikely to share
