Good afternoon! I want to leave a review-today 09.11.2024 celebrated my daughter's birthday, at first the truth was horrified by the interior and Natalia's communication in general, we always expect from these institutions-a favorable and comfortable environment, of course...But this is different:the furniture is old, there are no tables, everything would be able to change-I was shocked that there was no area for eating, etc., but then after all the repetitions, I agreed with Natalia that it was her daughter's birthday, that she needed to be given a choice as she wants!!!
And really children, and there were 13 of them, they were happy, everyone was delighted, so never make premature conclusions-like me!!! Children don't need your furniture, they need the atmosphere.
Then it was so cool for us that we didn't care about the furniture, I'll understand Natalia now-since she's alone, and all the dissatisfaction is with her.
The conclusion is this-do not look at the reviews, feel for yourself.
We liked everything!!! Natalia, take care of yourself and good customers..

A group of young people, heavily intoxicated, were resting next to us. The administration allowed it...
The price included a karaoke room, but they didn't let us in there because this company was burping in the hallway and in the room! We were given a microphone for the TV , which was constantly jamming !!!I had to call the police to get the complaint book. A very inadequate administrator !!!

We were there 2 times, last year and this is the reason why we went there for the second time - a small selection of similar places in Vitebsk + a small price. But it's still bad, so we definitely won't go there anymore. Let's start with the arrival, and last time and this time the woman who works there was 20-30 minutes late, so we stood at the door 2 times, waited until she "arrived quickly, literally 10 minutes" once we can refer to an accident, but this is already some kind of pattern, further to our indignation she decided to threaten that she would take away the bonus hour, although these are their promotions, these are their offers to lure customers and scare them that they will not fulfill their conditions, this is strong, if the change did not have some responsibility to their guests who were already on their way, I would not stay there, this is if we talk about the human moment, if the room itself stinks in the toilet, karaoke is very stupid, the microphone itself is farting, the sound is terrible, but everything was decided by our personal atmosphere, which all unpleasant factors could not spoil, so if you have your own vibe, you can spend a wonderful holiday anywhere, but celebrate there I don't recommend it.

I want to tell you a story about how the owner of this place just ruined my birthday. My boyfriend booked a room for 7 people from 16.00 to 19.00 about a week before. We invited guests from another city, bought food, cake, everything is as it should be in general. A couple of days before the birthday, we confirmed the reservation of the room and asked if it was possible to arrive 20-30 minutes earlier in order to arrange the food and weigh the balls, the owner first agreed. Day X has come - M.H. and I are going to this place as agreed by 15.30 and THEN THE "FUN" BEGINS. Natalia wrote that she would not be able to arrive half an hour before the start of our reservation and we would have to wait for her. Upon arrival, she behaved very aggressively and not quite adequately. At first she didn't like that it was a girl's birthday and not a guy's. (I don't understand what it was all about) as soon as we entered, she began to yell at us like we were standing and not moving the tables and, as she put it, "a belched sofa" should be put away. She began to yell at me for what I was standing for and doing nothing, said that she was not my "mom" and would not help me and I should listen to her since this was her house, said that my birthday was "not standard" (well, yes, I thought, hardly anyone is throwing up sofas, 7 people and all of them are adults) . As a result, we ran away from this hole. The guests had to explain the situation. But I'm even glad that this person was left without my money. I do not advise anyone to mess with this terrible place, it will spoil their holiday. And Natalia is a boomerang in your life!

I didn't like the place, as it seemed that it was a relic of something old, the board was full of junk, the microphone in the karaoke room was covered in duct tape and worked a little, there was an Xbox 360 console with kinect in the big hall, yes, of course it was better than nothing, but still they could have put something newer already. Sofas are dead and sagging. There was no toilet paper in the men's room from the very beginning of the event.
The administrator Natalia can be rude. You need to be a little more polite with customers. When asked if I would visit this institution again, the answer is an unequivocal "No".

I want to share my opinion about the anti-cafe. The administrator Natalia is just a "bomb" of this institution 🤣Totally inadequate. Already at the stage of recording in the anti-cafe, I completely discouraged the desire to come there. She could not clearly articulate the conditions of stay of adults waiting for their children. 15 minutes of useless conversation and... no desire to come to the anti-cafe.
I have 1 question: why does Natalia still work in a cafe if many visitors are unhappy with her? Is there really no one to replace it? Can you imagine how many people she discouraged from coming to the anti-cafe?!
It's a pity... In general, the idea of an anti-cafe is interesting

The wire, like the speakers, has been around for many years and they don't work well. If you call the employee for help, she begins to defiantly show on her phone that everything is working fine. It's a strange place, but you can go.

We celebrated a double birthday on the night of December 4th to 5th.
The administrator Natalia was very disappointed and spoiled the mood.
Firstly, initially (in Viber) it was agreed to provide dishes. But in fact, the administrator said that they do not provide it. Nevertheless, an hour later (?) the dishes were brought.
Secondly, the behavior after being asked to take a picture of us all was completely incompetent. The strange thing is that she called another girl to take a picture, and Natalia herself (although she was not asked about it) began to build everyone up, tell them exactly where to stand, how to style her hair. The height of her arrogance was her phrase about an erection in response to the fact that one of the guys in our company is "too far away." After this phrase, we said that we would decide for ourselves how to become. In response, Natalia said that no one would take pictures anymore, and stood in front of the camera, blocking us. I had to ask her to step away…
Thirdly, there was a confusion with the payment. Initially, one amount was agreed upon. Natalia provided another invoice, and in the end we paid the third amount.
When at the end of the "rest" we asked for a book of complaints, Natalia said that she knew N.N. from the administration of our university and could easily arrange problems with our studies.
Thus, when you go to celebrate a birthday, you absolutely do not expect inappropriate comments about an erection, confusion about initially agreed situations and threats. It's a pity, because the place is really good.
