Мясной ресторан Генриха Карпина (il Forno Group) под завязку забитый стейками, огузками, ребрами и другими прекрасными вещами. Мясо тут готовят основательно. Сначала шеф Сергей Балашов прошел стажировку в ресторане Beefbar в Монако. А затем к навыкам Сергея добавили уникальные печи, которые бесперебойно работают при температуре 800 градусов, что наилучшим образом сказывается на мясе. Говядина тут разная - из России, Аргентины и Японии, и тем интересней погружаться в нюансы и сравнивать. Находится 800°C Contemporary Steak на Патриарших прудах, и лучше всего сначала нагулять аппетит, изучая постройки архитекторов Жолтовского и Шехтеля, а после – вцепиться в котлету. GreatList.ru
If you’re looking for a good steakhouse in Moscow, this is definitely not it.
We arrived to a very pushy waiter, it felt almost like he was just trying to rush us in and out as quick as possible. After taking our order. It took almost 50 minutes for any food to come or drinks. Interestingly enough, my steak came before my wine. I didn’t realize it takes an hour to pour wine.
Regardless, to that fact, the steak was subpar at best. I requested Chicago style, and it was nowhere near if anything undercooked and cold as well.
I also ordered the cauliflower with truffle, which was extremely underwhelming and tasted like cardboard.
My girlfriend ordered the salmon, had two bites and asked if we could go eat somewhere else.
After all these issues, I decided to speak with the manager, which just seems like they really didn’t care. It’s sad to see a place with such poor food be on the great list, they don’t deserve to be.
The most interesting part was at the end as an apology for wasting three hours of my life and 173,000 rubles, I got a shot of vodka. WOW…. Like a serious go F yourself. Just disrespectful.

The decor of the restaurant and the food are good, but the waiter is not smiling, and this is a shame for the restaurant. I have known the restaurant for four years, and every time I find that the prices are higher than before and they add 10 percent service

Superb place. Food, atmosphere, service. Everything was top class. Will be definitely recommending it.
