Very disappointing experience – unprofessional and costly Unfortunately, our experience with Ivan Ogienko Contracting was extremely negative. We signed a contract clearly stating that the design project would be delivered within 30 working days. In reality, no meaningful work even started within the first month, and the process dragged on for almost three months, with no proper coordination, calls, or meetings to review the project. The final outcome was unacceptable. Measurements were taken incorrectly multiple times, ceiling heights were wrong, and fixed building elements that cannot be altered were removed or redesigned on paper. As a result, the drawings were not suitable for real-life execution. Because of these errors, we ordered custom elements (including a walk-in wardrobe) based on incorrect dimensions, which has caused significant additional costs. Critical technical elements were also missing from the design, including air-conditioning duct coordination, further increasing the financial and practical impact on us. Despite these issues, we are now being pressured repeatedly to pay the final 10% of the fee. That amount was withheld solely because the final drawings were materially incorrect and incomplete, and the contractual obligations were not met. We chose not to escalate legally, despite having grounds to do so, and instead tried to close the matter calmly. Unfortunately, we are now facing continued pressure rather than accountability. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable, accurate, and professionally managed design project.

You don't need to contact this company, they don't keep their word or their quality. The project was not implemented in 3 promised months, and it was also not implemented in 7 months. As a result, after 7 months, we returned to where we started - concrete. Everything that has been done can be thrown in the trash and broken, all possible safety standards have been violated, I'm generally silent about quality, it's just a shame and not a company. The guys sing beautifully at the entrance, in fact, they don't know how to do or control anything, just spend money and post stories on Instagram. I have all the evidence for my words, including a forensic examination, so I have every right to post this review here. In general, to save your money, nerves and time, avoid this company.
