The embankment is of course insanely beautiful. The Arabs have done everything to make it as comfortable as possible for pedestrians - separated paths for pedestrians, bicycles, revelers with animals. Of course, there are a lot of cafes and even a few "kiosks" with clean cold drinking water (I checked a couple of times in the morning on a jog - a circle of about 7 km). But what I faced is a real problem in the Emirates to find and drink traditional Arabic coffee on sand and with spices. Only Americano and other newfangled RAFs.

November 2025. The best place in Dubai to stay. The embankment is excellent. Shops, restrooms, beach. Landscaping in the district has been implemented and is only being repaired on a spot, like everything else around. It's a pleasure to walk, which is overshadowed only by restaurant touts.
