I've had my nails manicured 3 times by Karina's master. The nails were done perfectly the first time. One nail was broken, but I injured it myself. The second time there were detachments (literally the next day the corner flew off) and I referred to the fact that I did not "spare" them. The third time was the last. During the manicure, the master was constantly distracted by the phone and corresponded with someone in the same gloves in which the nails were being sawed. When an orange stick fell to the floor and wasn't processed (although I could have taken another one), I thought, "I hope we don't get blood." And yes, we got to the point of blood. I didn't feel anything during the manicure, but when I got home, there were wounds under my nails that I couldn't do anything for a week. The heat was incredible. I'm already silent that I sawed through the mold at home. The manicure was done on 05.01.2026, and on 18.01 there were detachments on two hands (5 nails!). I informed the salon and the master about the review. The salon referred to the master, and the master referred to the fact that it was my fault.
