A very charming place in the heart of Istanbul. We specially came to relax, sit and feel the atmosphere of this place. In October 2025, 950 liras were paid for margarita, 0.3 beer and green tea. Since the restaurant itself is located in a building with a very expensive hotel, the toilet on the ground floor is very expensive and rich. In an institution with a lower rank, you can have lunch together with this money. At the end of the visit, a plate with mannered napkins for hands is brought. Funny.

The view is worth a million dollars, the meat is worth four stars (I left one for the goats on the mountain) Guys, I was in Istanbul, I stopped by Loti on the roof at 27 Divaniolu Street. The place is really on fire, but I'll be objective, like a Swiss watch (although in Turkey this is probably not the most successful example). What I liked: The view from this terrace is just jaw—dropping. Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus are in full view. You sit like this, drink tea, and feel like a sultan who surveys his possessions. The beauty is incredible, especially at sunset — the girls have a fat like for the photo, and the guys have something to admire. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. The waiters were great, they ran up and smiled. However, one of them tried so hard to tell the story of every stone in Istanbul that I almost forgot why I came to eat. But these are small things, it is clear that they are trying. Now why not 5, but 4: Food. It's delicious, no doubt about it. But when you're practically sitting on a throne with a postcard of the city in front of you, you expect some kind of magic from the food. And here it's just "good." The kebab was decent, but without a spark. It seems that the cook was either tired that day, or he didn't get enough spices. For such a picture, you want a gastronomic orgasm, but it turned out to be just a "pleasant dinner." Portions, by the way, are average for men — maybe enough for a friend, but if you have hungry eyes after a walk, take the supplement boldly. The verdict from Roma is not at home, a must-visit place for the sake of impressions and views. If you want to surprise a girl or take a bunch of beautiful photos, go here. If you want to surprise your stomach, maybe you should look for simpler options, but with the same magic on the plate. I give you 4 stars. To the sultanas, let them know that a little more magic needs to be done on the kitchen. But when I get to Istanbul, I'll come back. It really hurts to look at the soul! P.S. Hookah is normal, tea flies in liters well. For this, a separate respect to the guys who pour!

A portion of adana kebab, a poke with salmon, two dried salmon and two light hilts came out at 3,000 lire, despite the fact that adana was streaked, salmon was absolutely tasteless, rotten and "on the verge". Maybe the cook got off on the wrong foot, or we were just unlucky, but nevertheless. We went largely based on the average rating based on reviews, but somehow everything turned out to be completely bad.

The height of rudeness was the inclusion of a birthday gift cake in the receipt (Before that, they had sworn that it was a birthday gift from the restaurant). I do not recommend it!

We lived in a rooftop hotel, where the restaurant was located, so we came in periodically for dinners. The prices are normal. The same as in principle and everywhere in Istanbul. A beautiful place in the very historical center, there is a rooftop bar, there are even rolls on the menu, their prices start from 400 lira, but the rolls are of very high quality, the minimum amount of rice, tuna or salmon are the freshest and feel good. I liked them. Meat dishes are more expensive: 700-1500 liras, yes, it is not very budget-friendly, but in Istanbul there are primitive and half-empty cafes where dishes also cost 650-850 liras, there is a serious struggle for each guest. And here there was almost a full landing, both downstairs and in the rooftop bar. I hope that I will come here again and try the meat dishes.

It's a great restaurant, we've been to it several times. The prices are not cheap, but the place is worth it. The chicken kebab is very tasty, they bring a flatbread for free. There are hookahs (we haven't tried them), but they look spectacular - with fruits and lighting. There is a large selection of alcohol, and there is practically no alcohol anywhere in the Sultanahmet area! Some waiters know a little Russian. I take off the star for the fact that 10% is included in the bill and they don't write about it anywhere, even in the bill itself😂 We only found out about it when we decided to recalculate the order amount!
