For me, the best bar in Minsk is based on a combination of factors. The drinks are delicious and generally relatively affordable, the snacks are high-quality and there is no feeling of "saving on matches." It's very atmospheric, the staff members are very polite and friendly, as if they were visiting friends, and they are extremely attentive to details, which is a pleasant surprise in such a stream of visitors. For example, the bar is packed to capacity, a candle went out on the table - after 40 seconds a new one was already burning. Most establishments in Minsk need to take a master class on running a restaurant business from them.👍
