I booked on booking, upon arrival from the airport at the hotel, the receptionist at the reception said that the room had already been sold for a higher price and they wrote about it in the mail 2 hours ago and they didn't care that I booked it. What is this supposed to mean? Booking, of course, refunded the money and apologized many times, but the impressions of the hotel were terrible, I had to go to my friends for the night, and if there were no friends, I don't know what I would have done, since the hotels nearby were as busy as possible…

A lame hotel... Just a nightmare. Everything is dirty and smelly. The bathroom, in general, the feeling that has never been washed. I had to buy the product myself and wash it. Breakfast is also a horror. It's a pity that the employees are so bad about their work! It is difficult to imagine the conditions in which they live, since they believe that such dirt and unsanitary conditions in the rooms are normal.
