Extremely disappointed with the purchase. I bought 15 roses, brought them home immediately after the purchase, cut the stems and put them in clean water, observing all the basic rules for caring for cut flowers. However, the very next day, 7 roses completely wilted — the petals drooped, the stems softened, and the appearance became unusable. It seems that some of the roses were already stale at the time of sale. The seller returned only 1/3 of the amount from the purchase of wilted flowers, and it was done without much desire and with accusations in my direction that I had done something wrong with the flowers. But considering that some of the flowers are alive, it just can't be. I have no desire to return for shopping, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this store.
