We had a kindergarten in this building. Underground parking for small cars! If you are driving an SUV, minibus or a long car, avoid this parking lot.
And so - a fresh house right on the Marina. Those who have views of the water are lucky
Oh, and yes, the technical floor with sooooo noisy air conditioners and chillers is on the 1st floor like. It's super super noisy. We must live higher

Excellent sandy beach, free of charge. All the necessary infrastructure is available: free changing rooms and toilets. Give me a little money. Near the city and all sorts of goodies.

I had a great time at the residence, everything was fine, but only one "but": the windows on the balcony were very dirty. They tried to ask them to wash them, they refused, they said that the management company was doing it. This, in general, did not spoil the impression very much, but nevertheless, for 500 bucks a day you can wash it.
