When I got to the ambulance with acute kidney pain, I found out that the company does not cover emergency medical care. Fortunately, I found out that my insurance covers two tests and one examination. I decided to use this to do an ultrasound examination and blood and urine tests. I called the insurance operator to schedule tests and examinations, and they told me that the insurance service should contact the finance department and they would call me back. They didn't call me back that day or the next. After that, I called the insurance company 4 more times, and each time they said they had to contact the finance department. On the fifth occasion, I was told that I had exceeded my limit for tests and examinations. I'm going to make them tomorrow and I'll have to pay out of my own pocket. I have not been able to get insurance assistance from the Dunav Osiguranje insurance company.
