Finally, when leaving Uzbekistan, we decided to visit and eat national dishes. We liked absolutely all the dishes, decided to eat only meat, ordered all the meat variety, lamb, beef kebab and lula. The shish kebab is soft and delicious! We also tried the manti, which are also very tasty, we took one at a time so that everyone wouldn't eat it, but we did our best. We also ordered a meat dish of beef "Giz", also delicious juicy beef with local spices. And of course, of course, without vegetables, according to the tradition of every dinner, I order an achik, a salad of delicious tomatoes with onions! And some kind of white sauce is called H, like our delicious Sour Cream! They didn't ask to write a review, they wrote it themselves from the bottom of their hearts! The service was excellent, they took it away, brought it all at once. They were wondering if we liked everything. There weren't many people, maybe that's why everything was fast. The locals also eat there, which says a lot. The prices are pleasant. For two people with tea already turned off, about 2200 rubles in Russian rubles came out, with so many meat dishes) We lived 3 minutes away in a beautiful boutique hotel, the owner of which recommended this place.

This is the fourth day in Uzbekistan and there is something to compare it with, so I feel free to write that I ate the juiciest shish kebab here! The service is fast, the staff is very helpful (they even showed the pigeon that lives with them - it's so cute!). The photo shows that many tables are occupied and most of them are local, which for me is an indicator of the combination of price and quality. Historical buildings are located nearby, so after you have tasted your daily food, you can also take up spiritual food)))

We've been traveling around Uzbekistan for a week and this is the first place where we didn't like any of the food. We were hoping to try Bukhara pilaf, but there was no pilaf on the menu. :(There was no Lagman, I took a fried one - it tastes average, but there is so much oil that everything floats in it (you can see it in the photo). We also tried beef and chicken kebabs - the beef seemed tough, and there was a lot of fat in the chicken. It's hard to believe, but 2 salads of tomatoes and cucumbers are not as if the tomatoes are not from Uzbekistan, but from a magnet in Russia. The last one is tea. It was black tea with lemon, although the color of the tea would not say that it was black. Sugar was also added to it, although we did not ask for it (in other establishments they always ask if it is necessary and bring sugar separately). Generally according to the menu (the presence of a large number of salads) I realized that we were most likely in some kind of tourist destination, especially considering the proximity to the Ark Fortress. On the plus side, the interior is not bad, the food arrived relatively quickly, and it is also possible to pay with a card. The prices are average. Yes, you will be charged 15% for the service. I do not recommend visiting.

We lived in a hotel next to this cafe, so we either had lunch or dinner here every day. The prices are slightly lower than in the center, the quality is very good, the kitchen is clean, everything is already shiny (I looked in because I was very squeamish, I saw terrible kitchens and chefs with dirty hands in the center) we took kebabs and manti and lagman, shurpa... we tried almost all the menu and nothing was not delicious, everything is very super and huge portions of salad with tomatoes and onions. On the downside, at lunchtime you have to wait until the table is empty, but it's worth it, both locals and tourists eat in this cafe.

We visited the Buxoriy restaurant. When we arrived, we were given the menu only after 10 minutes.We didn't like the flatbread, it was very dry, the Greek salad wasn't salty, (there was no salt on the table) the shish kebab was sooo salty, the tea was very sweet.We ordered tea and it arrived only 20 minutes later. When my daughter approached our waiter and asked for tea, only then did he bring it. I think this restaurant is not worthy of a 5 rating.

Very tasty! I had dinner 4 days out of 7 here. They cook meat masterfully. I only have a photo with Lagman, I didn't have time to take any more photos. The portions are large. I ordered mastava soup, lagman, grilled beef kebab (very juicy, large), manti. Everything is delicious! The check is quite reasonable. For Russian money, dinner for one person is 700 rubles. The average is 65-85 thousand soums. In the historical center, the price tag is much higher, but the taste suffers.

There was no food, I ordered a shurpa, no broth, one half-peeled potato, one slice of carrot and two pieces of meat that could not be chewed. She didn't order anything else, her friend took the okroshka, liquid, a cucumber and a tomato with greens are floating, it doesn't taste like anything either, she also ordered kiima-she said more or less. It was cold enough - it was uncomfortable to sit without a jacket, there was a draft on my legs. There is no service, for example, I had to ask for knives separately. The food is simple but good. Serving for 1 point, portions are relatively small. We won't go a second time, it's difficult to recommend for this money - you'll leave it for tea anyway, and in the end it will come out like in a cafe where it's warm, there's no paid toilet, there's a service.
