We ordered a sofa from this store (in June). The consultants are good, they didn't impose anything or pour anything into my ears, and I give you a star for that. But what happened next is, of course, history... 1.5 months of weekly calls. And this is after the deadline that was announced for production. During this 1.5 months, they said that the sofa was supposedly ready, but they did not bring it. You can't find out the truth anymore, and you can't get your nerves back either. Because the production is in Russia. The sofa was delivered (on September 30th) fully assembled, although they said it would be in disassembled condition. And they brought it on a rainy day, as a result, no one was asked to help, because they thought that we would calmly accept and transfer the disassembled sofa. Well, as a result, his wife couldn't even take two steps with him, they almost dragged him into the entrance. In general, I do not advise anyone to order anything here. Save your nerves, we bought all the furniture for the apartment from scratch and only here such negative impressions remained. Well, at least the sofa came intact.…
