It was very dark in the room, the stale smell of the old hotel, the light in the bathroom in my room turned on after a few seconds with some kind of crackle. The hotel is very old and it feels very good. I even disdained to put my things on the chair and sit down. The fabric has already become so gray on it. I paid 9 thousand for a night, I lived alone, it's not worth it. Expensive for this place. And it's better not to take breakfast. There's only an omelet and scrambled eggs, plus sliced pineapple, the hardware coffee is tasteless, even the pastries don't look appetizing. It is better to buy something ready to eat at the supermarket. I give 3 stars only for the efforts of the staff, but this does not save the situation.

Quite a budget, comfortable hotel is closer to *** than the four - almost in the city center. The rooms with a bathroom and a bathroom are equipped according to all the requirements of modern standards (we had a standard room) - clean, daily cleaning, there is a restaurant where you can have a tasty and satisfying snack - we had breakfast included in the price with a good selection of buffet dishes. The food is delicious, a choice of dishes of Arabic cuisine, European, salads, etc. The transport infrastructure is well developed - we used public transport - stops near the hotel (some stops in open areas are equipped with air conditioning), very comfortable transport. By bus you can get to any direction in the city and to the nearest suburb to the main attractions (Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Saadiyat Island, where the Louvre and the snow-white beach, the Presidential Palace, etc.). Not far away is a cozy green central city park with original fountains, the Corniche promenade, many cafes with delicious national cuisine, where the local population is served, many different shops, shopping centers where you can find everything you need. We had a rest with my husband for a week just before the New Year (from December 23 to December 30), we liked the service, they tried to help us if we had any questions. I liked the location of the hotel: both in the city and the beach nearby (we walked 20 minutes to the embankment).There are many shops and a market around. There is a small grill cafe behind the hotel, we had lunch there several times, the food and prices are normal. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel itself. There is a choice of dishes, although not large, not like everyone is used to "all inclusive" in Turkey and Egypt, but as they always say, you will not be hungry, you will eat for any request: white rice, rice with seafood (or meat), potatoes, pasta, legumes, chicken, meat, various salads and just sliced vegetables. My husband really liked the soups, they were different every time. The hotel has 20 floors, on the 5th floor there is a fitness room and an outdoor swimming pool, on the 7th floor there is a spa salon. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The room was cleaned every day, always clean. There is a safe in the room, a kettle, tea bags (black, green), coffee, white and brown sugar, 2 bottles of 1.5 liters of water were placed every day. After I sent a review video of the hotel to my relative, she wanted to come here. It looks like we're coming here again, with a bigger group!

We rested from 06.12.23 to 12/14.23 and always had absolutely fresh Iceberg leaves and other salads for breakfast, not a single rotten leaf, crispy, as if just from the garden) fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and 3 types of delicious cheese are also available, in combination with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, salads came out on fire! Fried eggs or omelets with various fillers are made with you at your choice. There were 2 types of grilled sausages/sausages .. but the sausage, like all Arab sausages, is for an amateur, but this hotel has the best variety of sausages from those tested elsewhere). A good selection of yoghurts and Date milk for breakfast. The coffee is also excellent , it is not faceted from the coffee machine . The juice is an apple and either an orange or a pineapple. Well, the standard snacks beans and pancakes, as well as pastries were always present, in general, we liked the breakfasts. I also really liked the pool on the 5th floor, it was cozy and the water was hot in December, that's what you need! The furniture in the room is a little lost, but not critical. The bed is good! Iron and hair dryer on request, brought quickly. Shampoos, balsam and shower gel are eco-friendly, the smells are pleasant. The location of the hotel is very convenient - it is located on the "golden" street with many shops, cafes, various shops, etc. Nearby there are bus stops of various routes. Across the intersection there is an alcohol store, a starbucks, a huge day by day supermarket where you can endlessly shop for all sorts of small things, a bus stop to the Louvre and the island of Saadiyat. A 10-minute walk to the large WTC shopping center. 2. The staff on the floors and in the breakfast restaurant are very helpful and caring. On the floor, they ask if everything is okay and if they have any questions, they immediately solve them. At breakfast, all the tables are put in order very quickly after the visitors, they ask if they liked everything, etc. 3. The breakfasts are good, there are various Oriental dishes, fried eggs / omelets are prepared to order and brought to the table. Lots of snacks, fresh fruits (melon and watermelon), pastries. 4. The room has perfect bed linen, soft pillows and blankets, fluffy towels. They bring two 1.5 liter bottles of water - for which special thanks to the hotel! Everything is very clean - they clean very well. 5. The hotel has a swimming pool and sun loungers around it - you can have a good rest. Towels are provided and you can order coffee or juices at the bar (very tasty). About the cons: 1. Upon check-in, they searched for our reservation for a long time (paid in advance), asked for a printout of the payment confirmation, it seemed that they either lost or did not take into account. As a result, we were put in an unprepared room - without slippers, towels and a hair dryer. I went to the reception to ask for all this to be delivered to the room, but it turned out to be faster to find the floor service myself and ask. 2. The hotel "the survivor", requires renovation. The bathroom in the room is quite uncomfortable, with old plumbing and a shower head built into the wall, which is completely inconvenient. There is no hair dryer (it will be provided upon request) and there is no outlet where it can be turned on! I had to dry my hair in the room, which is certainly inconvenient. Every day, my husband and I alternately stopped using room cards. At the same time, they work in the elevator, but the room cannot be opened. I had to go downstairs to adjust the card again. 3. The beach is quite far away. When booking, I looked at the location of the hotel and it seemed to me that the beach was quite close, but in reality the distance is very large. Walking distance to the free public beach is 25-30 min. You need to drive to the paid equipped one. The entrance to the beach is 10 dirhams per person + each sunbed is 28 dirhams. In general, the hotel is quite suitable for a short stay, but keep in mind the nuances.

There was no hair dryer in the room, provided without problems for the entire period. Cleaned every day, but the towels were never changed. When leaving, they were asked to leave things in storage until the arrival of the transfer - also without problems. We took breakfast + dinner. Very comfortable. I don't really want to eat during the day, because it's hot. In the morning there was always an omelet with filling, which is fried in front of you. Sausages, sausage as a sandwich, fresh vegetables, fruits (arbus, papaya, melon, pineapple)yogurts, milkshakes, muesli, tea, coffee machine, porridge. A lot of things. I think everyone will choose. For dinner: beef, chicken, fish or seafood (delicious). Rice, potatoes, pasta, boiled vegetables, mashed soups (tomato, mushroom, pumpkin and some more))) there have always been desserts (the same ones) - carrot, red velvet, pistachio. The room is spacious, one window does not open. The sun didn't hit the window. The furniture is a little tired.On the 5th floor there is a swimming pool and a gym. I am 100% satisfied.

The hotel itself is conveniently located - the A2 express bus runs from the international airport to the Capital Park stop, and from there it takes 6 minutes on foot. There are several large supermarkets near the hotel, the nearest alcohol store is about 15 minutes on foot, but I won't recommend anything except beer there - prices bite). A taxi is often on duty at the hotel - it is most convenient to pay in cash and cheaper to catch a taxi on the street than through their Careem application - overpay 20 percent of the cost in it, keep this in mind. The food at the hotel deserves special praise - we took half board and were pleasantly pleased with the abundance and variety of buffet dishes for breakfast and dinner (you can also choose breakfast with lunch). Earlier I read in the reviews that the food was the same and quickly bored - but as of mid-March, this is completely untrue. For 7 nights of stay, the choice changed daily! And, importantly, everything is very tasty cooked. There are, of course, dishes of Arabic cuisine, quite spicy, but their share in the general menu is quite reasonable. And everything else - fruits, juices, milk, coffee, pastries - in unlimited quantities. The beds are very comfortable - we got enough sleep and felt refreshed. The hotel is quiet, no one bothered, we really had a good rest and hope to come back here again! Didn't like it · The central glass revolving door did not work in the hotel, which caused inconvenience when entering and exiting the hotel with things (the side doors are quite heavy and they were only occasionally helped to open)

The tiny window is clogged tightly and dirty (it is simply impossible to wash it), the two of us can't disperse in the room, we have to walk one by one. And the most disgusting thing is it's sooo dark even with all the electrical appliances turned on. You can put yourself in order only in the bathroom, where it is lighter. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, safe, 2 beds, an armchair and a table. At the back of the hotel there are inexpensive shops for buying souvenirs and Arabic oils.
