We had a rest together in early July 2025, the tour was for 10 nights (11 days). Only positive emotions remained from the rest. Earlier, reviews wrote that all the advantages of this hotel are its location, but to put it mildly, this is not entirely true. Maybe we were lucky and we got into off-season, so it's hard to compare. But this time everything was just fine. We checked in immediately upon arrival, although it was around half an hour, but still a plus, after the trip, with a flight delay. The room is not new, but it is quite good, everything you need is available. The main thing was that the air conditioner was working properly, the refrigerator was not failing, and there were no problems with the water. Breakfast is generally a song, we were alone in the restaurant, the whole buffet was our choice. Yes, the breakfast is simple, continental as it is called, well, what can you want from a two-star hotel. But in principle, the breakfast is very good, and not monotonous, the menu was changed every day. There were shingles, fillets of fish in batter, chicken nuggets, and pancakes. From everyday sausages, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon, melon. And so either an omelet, or boiled eggs, noodles or rice for a side dish. Dessert was also on the same level, either chocolate cupcakes, or plain cupcakes, a dessert of casserole in oranges. In general, we were very creative. They didn't leave us hungry. Milk, juice, packaged. So, the breakfast was not bad. No one was standing over their soul, they were their own masters in the restaurant. Then transfer to the beach, it got really lucky, no one else went there. We were taken by car and picked up, please specify in advance what time to arrive. On the beach, as we understood, there was such service only from our hotel, and this is a deuce. The beach itself is clean, constantly cleaned, and cleanliness is monitored. Yes, it was July, it was a little hot, but everything was great. At the hotel, any request was answered immediately, there was no such thing as being waved off, helped and prompted if something was not clear. There was cleaning every day while we were at the beach. Shampoo, soap, and gel were always replenished. The location of the hotel is really very convenient, the city center, everything is nearby, which is not unimportant in this heat. There are no transfers to the malls, but in principle many are within walking distance. In the evening, you can walk along the embankment when the heat subsides. The fountain show is not in a hurry for twenty to twenty-five minutes at most. So, the location of the hotel is really great. Let me remind you that this is out of season, as it is difficult to judge when there is an influx of tourists, but in this case, everything is very wonderful. In summary, I would like to thank the hotel staff for the warm welcome, it was nice, after really reading the reviews, we were waiting for something else. The hotel is not for the sophisticated!!! Sleep, wash, eat! Cons: a "tired" hotel, plumbing, windows, furniture - everything needs to be replaced! The menu is minimalistic, without any frills. The beach is very far away, only by public transport, walking is not an option! The staff is not always punctual (room service "in 15 minutes" can easily turn into "in 2 hours") ... Pros: the location of the attractions is 3-5 km away within half an hour on foot. Shops (food/industrial goods), cafes, pharmacies, a bank (where you can exchange rubles for dirhams) are all within walking distance! The staff is friendly, always smiling, and there is constant security on site. The beach is clean, guarded, the constant presence of supervising lifeguards, changing rooms/washrooms are clean and free. Sun beds and umbrellas - 30 dirhams. You can easily take a taxi from the beach! Free hotel transfer to the beach in the morning only (at 9 to the beach, at 12 back). Some shops and cafes are open until night!
