At the moment (11.11.24) we are here.We visit the UAE every year and therefore I want to write about this hotel. Our opinion is that if you need a budget option, feel free to choose this hotel!!!
1) The food for 4 is fresh, there is not much variety, but we only take breakfasts to diversify our diet in various cafes and restaurants (there are a lot of them here).The cost for two people is at least in a hotel, at least in a cafe about the same (60-80 AED)
2) The room is small, but clean and cozy, everything is there to wash, change clothes and sleep. The furniture is old, but everything is there. The only difference with 4sv is that they do not give tea, coffee and water (we buy it ourselves). There are no bedbugs on the 6th floor in 612!!!I read reviews and get scared, I haven't heard from anyone about bedbugs from the residents.The water is running, the pressure is good, there were no blockages. The windows are really dirty, we just covered them up - what's there to look at? The room has a hairdryer and a refrigerator, although they say that not all have a refrigerator.
3) Cleaning is done on call, just when we go for a walk, we leave a request at the reception so as not to test our patience. The reception solves all the points and issues at once.The Internet disappeared - they gave it in 5 minutes! No cleaning- done in 5 minutes!Adapters for charging are NOT ISSUED (perhaps they were given earlier). The Internet is mediocre, we had enough.
4) The location is good, there are many shops and shopping centers nearby.He carries a transfer to AL KHAN beach, it is difficult to walk in such heat, it is simply unrealistic On the street +33, the sea +30 . I do not advise experimenting, they are taken away at 9.00, taken away at 12.00 and that's it. Many who want to go again after lunch, take a taxi in pairs (16-20 AED one way). The only big disadvantage is THAT THERE IS NO TRANSFER TO THE SHOPPING CENTER AND DUBAI AT ALL. Well, as they say, either a taxi or Yandex maps to help. There is a bus station nearby (Bus E 307 can take you to the metro station, for example, the CITY DEIRA shopping center (10 AED per person), there is a SUBWAY entrance right at the entrance to the shopping center, to the Dubai MALL (approximately +10 AED) per person.In general, another tip is to download the offline map of the UAE in advance in Yandex maps (it will work without the Internet, not as functional as with the Internet, but it helps a lot)And be sure to download the offline translator of Russian and English.

We really liked the hotel, the service is very decent, despite the fact that two stars. They take you to the beach and bring you back (the transfer works properly) they feed you well, even if there is not much variety, but you can not eat at the hotel and eat outside it, there is always freedom of choice. Everything is working properly in the room, there is always hot and cold water, the air conditioner is working, the TV was really not visible, so I don't watch it at home. The fact that the room has not been renovated for a long time, well? I didn't come to look at the number, but at the country and the people who live in it. So the hotel is very good, especially on a budget, which was important for us. Many thanks to the hotel staff.

Overall, the hotel is bad. There are BEDBUGS in many rooms! They're really bedbugs!! The furniture is old and such that you don't want to touch it. Everything works in the bathroom, but everything is not pleasant either - the ceiling is dirty, the mirror is all torn off. There were no bedbugs in room 912 on the 9th floor, thank God! The windows are dirty and grounded by birds. Hotel for 1 max. 2 nights, if there's nowhere else to go. The food is all purchased, sausages, milk porridge, eggs, tortillas, in general, the food is normal, but everything is the same. I do not recommend the hotel!

The furniture generally corresponds to its low price. The staff is very friendly, the kettle and charging adapter were given, but you can't wait for clean sheets and cleaning. I think the whole problem of complete unsanitary conditions in the rooms is that the hotel management does not monitor the work of the cleaners and they are even lazy to change the bed after previous guests, cleaning the room is generally unaffordable for them.

Hello. We went in December before the New Year for 77 t. r. from Kazan, for 2 people (breakfast + dinner, due to which we did not spend much on food), I will say decent prices, the food is not cheap. I will say in advance that I generally liked the hotel and I recommend it (but this is purely my opinion) if you are on the show and are used to chic, it will be tense!!!! We have been to 3,4,5 stars, in different countries, there is something to compare with. It's my first time in the Emirates, but we liked it. They came to the room to sleep, eat, and wash cleanly.
Cons (for me):
a) There are interior doors (not noise-insulated Canadians) between the rooms and everything is audible in the neighboring rooms.
You can avoid this by asking for a room without interior doors, although they assure you that there are no such doors, insist politely on a room that does not have doors to neighboring rooms
b) The shuttle goes 2 times a day to the beach (in the morning to the sea, and back at lunch), i.e. in the morning a maximum of 2 flights at 8.30 am and 9.00 am, I would like more often! The return flight is at 12.00 and 12.30.
There was also a case when one woman (an English teacher) arranged for them to take a taxi that is tied to the hotel at the expense of the hotel to take them to the beach for two, keep in mind.
Swimming is prohibited in this country after 17.00 (according to Sharia law) One evening they came, they wouldn't let us in. Maybe it was just us.
c) There are no balconies
d) their food is quite spicy, peppery! In cafes and restaurants, it's better to say,, spicy notes,, and it will be a little island, and if you don't say it, it will burn everywhere)))
Advantages (for me) :
1)A 2-star hotel in the UAE looks like 4 or even a very economical 5 in Turkey (everything is in marble, the entrance doors are solid)
2) The food is pretty good, you won't be hungry! The food is monotonous, of course, delicious, there is something to choose from! Breakfast was 2 side dishes, delicious sausages (not like in Turkey) boiled eggs, chicken, fish in batter, various buns, greens, vegetables, Greek cheese, watermelon, apple, pancakes, some kind of cake, freeze-dried coffee (not from a vending machine), juice, tea.
Lunch was in the room: the diet soup is delicious (but spicy) IN a SEPARATE PLATE, side dish rice or pasta, French fries, fish always, always something from chicken or cutlets - or fried in batter, there were scripts a couple of times IT'S ALL NEATLY FOLDED IN ONE PLATE, salad in a separate bowl, dessert cake or souffle IN a SEPARATE BOWL, water 0.5 liters for two. The food is delicious.
Dinner at the restaurant at the reception: fish, chicken, cutlets, pasta, rice, corn with Mexican mixture, soup of 2 types, vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, grated carrots), there were also gravies and roast a couple of times, some dessert, juice, tea. Everything is very tasty.

4) A lot when walking on healthy legs, near local attractions (mosques, the Embankment, seafood markets with their preparation, cafes, shops next to cheap fruits (according to the PROMOTION per kg watermelon 50-75r, mango 200-300r)
Do not get a local Sim card to close without pants, you will remain, Wi-Fi in the hotel and cafe, there are also supermarkets, in the shopping center too. As an option, you can make screen shots and walk around focusing on them (we did this a couple of times))), of course it's funny, but our budget was limited).
Thank God there were no bedbugs in the hotel! although when we read the reviews, we came across such a comment, we were scared, but the tour was already purchased.
It is better to go to Dubai by ferry near the aquarium near the beach where you swim, there is a port of 15 dirhams per person (there are no traffic jams on the ferry, unfortunately they are decent), in Dubai by metro using cards that can be bought there in the subway, on average 3 dirhams deducts.
If Abu Dhabi is then route 117 from the car park next to the blue market, drive about 2.5-3 hours one way, at a price of 230 dirhams - round trip. In Abu Dhabi, it's easier to take a taxi because the transport is expensive and the map is too, in Abu Dhabi we were at the Sheikh Zain mosque, the white one seems to be called A View of the izoteric mosque. Take a good look at the photo. Keep your eyes open, this is peaceful, but the east. My wife is a curvy blonde white-skinned, because the locals were tired of looking at her, then they treated me to sweets while I was away, I was gone for a couple of minutes, they already want to meet her. Take care of your women.

I added an adapter for sockets to the photo, our Russian plugs that are on the phone charger, on the hair dryer - they do not fit.
We didn't know, and bought it for 10 dirhams in the emirates. At the reception, they also give, but at that time there were none, and we had to buy.

The location is very convenient, near the fountains of Sharjah, you can walk to the nearest shopping center in 5 minutes, the Museum of aviation engineering is nearby. There are no problems with food at the hotel. Prices for lunch and dinner can be paid upon arrival, if not in the voucher. They take you to the beach, they take you to Dubai. Sharjah Museums are within walking distance, as is the largest shopping center.

This will not only save emotions, time and money, but also save you from a number of problems. The final score of "1" is given only for the fact that this place can be used as a warehouse for shoes and suitcases if arrival and departure are connected with Sharjah. For the rest, I sympathize with the guests and tourists who have been brought to the Crystal Plaza Hotel. From Crystal - crystal mud, from Plaza - dirty plasma in the room, in the Hotel - a letter is missing. But even in the cheapest hostels in Russia, the CIS and other distant overseas countries, hostels were better.
The food is terrible. It's better to go to a local store, it will be better and you definitely won't get poisoned. Since it is impossible to eat at this Hotel...

A disgusting hotel. I'm not a picky guest, but that's too much. Room 1203 stank of smoke, sweat, and mold at the same time. The bathroom is very dirty. The pillows stank so much that sleeping for 2 hours was a real torture. I booked a hotel for transit at 15 o'clock, I spent 4 hours in the hotel (sleep and shower), I sincerely sympathize with those people who stay here all their holidays. The owner of this hotel has absolutely no respect for his customers. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, even for a stop in a few hours.

Life hack for some: just lead the sign. They'll come and clean it up. The staff is polite, even tried to please the Russian greyhounds. The impression of the hotel is twofold, on the one hand, everything is there for comfort, comfortable beds, a TV (shows one Russian TNT channel), if you need a kettle, you need to ask, they will give. The breakfasts are not very varied, but satisfying. We didn't take lunches.

A normal hotel for your money, there is cleaning, cleanliness, refrigerator in the room, heated water, kettle on request, decent breakfast, the beach is clean, tides, there is a locker room and toilet, a small cafe, a bus takes you to the beach and picks up from 12 to 13, shopping streets, embankment, up to everything interesting can be reached on foot. From the beach, walk slowly for 2 hours.

We were at this hotel from April 22 to May 3. The cost of the tour with breakfast is 59000 rubles.for two. Of course the hotel is shabby. But the sea is gorgeous. For this money, you can close your eyes to a lot of things. But there was enough breakfast, and you could also save something for lunch. All requests were fulfilled almost quickly, up to the replacement of the number. So we are happy with the rest!!!

The wildest hotel.
We spent 1 night in it, left our winter things and went to another one, despite the fact that the tour was paid for this one.
While we were away, something broke through and our things were moved to another room, because this room was flooded.
Among the advantages - there is a shuttle to the beach 1 time a day, well, breakfast for very unassuming tourists who are ready to eat margarine instead of butter and artificial sausage. But there are hot dishes, eggs, tea... there are shops all around, a very crowded location - you won't stay hungry)
Towels are not changed and give them 2 or 3 per room.
Well, in general, if you treat the trip like a children's camp and walk a lot, you can only go to the room to sleep, then you can live 😅

Of the obvious disadvantages that food is brought to the room due to cockroaches in the hotel
The rooms have two doors to the neighboring rooms, everything can be heard through them and, unfortunately, cigarette smoke can be heard from unscrupulous tourists who are too lazy to go outside.
Wallpaper, curtains and windows are very dirty.
The beach is far away, it takes 40 minutes to walk. The transfer arrives 30-40 minutes late and everyone rides like gypsies on top of each other…
But for its price, the hotel is good. Big. A large bed, high-quality and clean bed linen.
You can take a kettle and an iron at the reception.
There are shops nearby.
There is a fish and vegetable market nearby.
Not a bad place. Fresh and delicious seafood and fruits.
BUT!
The cooked food is sent to the coffee shop, where the price is multiplied by 2, from the declared one, be careful.

At one time, apparently there was a very good hotel, but now this is not the case, let's start with the fact that I rented a Deluxe room with 2 separate beds, there was not a pleasant smell of urine and dampness in the room, so I had to open the windows, there were no slippers and bathrobes. In 6 days, the cleaning was done only once. The only thing that was tolerable in the hotel was breakfast, there was a choice of what to eat. Incense was burned in the lobby all the time, and when it wasn't burned, there was a stench. The transfer to the city beach "Al Ham" was late every day, the minibus was not big and there were a lot of people, so he made several flights and waited for half an hour until he arrived back. Summing up, I can say that in such "Spartan conditions" I do not advise couples with children to rest.

Terrible hotel! Rest will not be rest, it is a constant battle for every step. Do not take breakfast-dinners here, breakfasts are so-so, and dinners are brought to the room - the same thing. And once we only got to the hot, the rest of the days they brought us at the wrong time. There are no microwaves, we ate cold. The decoration of the room is a separate song.

The hotel in general is not bad for its money, but not for recreation. To the beach on foot about an hour 6 km. There are no attractions nearby. But there are a lot of cafes in the area. The breakfasts are not bad. I didn't like the cockroaches very much. There are really a lot of them.
If you are limited in funds and have nothing against cockroaches, then you can stop. I myself was for 1200 rubles per room.

We have not been to other hotels in the UAE, but we liked this one. Polite staff. A great dining room where you can take any delicacy with you) no one really scolds. And in the kitchen they will cook you any dish that you bring them from the supermarket, they cooked shrimp for me for free and brought it to my room. The beds are clean, everything is clean, the rooms have good curtains and there is a safe, a conder. I found only one negative. There is a door between the rooms, through which you can even hear the neighbors sigh.. From the next room.. And you can even smell their cigarettes! This can be endured of course, it's not a good idea to sit in the room, you didn't come for this)
