Great venue, amazing sound and setup. Good planning. Didn’t use parking so don’t know if that’s easy or not. But I’ll be damned if this isn’t the hardest venue I’ve ever encountered to get a Coca-Cola. Long queues, everything is super slow. I didn’t get one at all. And they only have it in plastic bottles apparently. Such a shame for a place with this name!

A modern arena for concerts and sporting events (they say they even play hockey here sometimes) I was at a Deep Purple concert - great sound, convenient seating for the audience, good visibility from any place. There are large spaces in the halls and many cafes, so there are practically no queues. And they pour beer - with beer, by the way, they let you into the hall (amazing!)

I give five stars for excellent logistics and audience flow management. A concert of thousands - no crowding, queues, problems. The entrance to the arena opens an hour and a half before the start of the show, each sector has a separate entrance and exit. The staff is friendly - they will help, prompt, and orient you. You can enter the hall with food and drinks purchased directly inside. The chairs are not large, but quite comfortable with cup holders, the designation of the row on the steps. The indoor air temperature in December is about 25 degrees.

The concert arena is quite spacious. Lots of places. Good sound. There are a huge number of food outlets for snacks or coffee. Everything is kept clean and tidy throughout the event.

There was one small screen at the concert for the entire vast territory, it's impossible to see anything on stage, especially when you're sitting far and high, of course you're looking at the screen, and it's also small, and only 1! Another point is that the rows are very close to each other, and when you make your way to your seat, you not only rub your feet against the audience, but also rub your feet completely against the fence from behind.
