I was not warned that my master had changed, when I came I was very surprised and upset, I decided to take a chance and go to another ... when the procedure itself was going through, it hurt me a lot, I said it more than once!!! But I was ignored!! Although no, she kept saying the same thing: for some reason, it hurts everyone today!!!
The result !!! Burns!!!!!
It is also sad that the administrators do not know what goods they sell and what they have on the shelves!!!!

As a result, the feeling after the visit, as if I imposed myself to have the procedure done. The stares of the employees as if I owe them something.
I also do not recommend doing a manicure there, even the price is cream, nails are more expensive. Some students are working and really messing up their nails. Horror.
The only plus was the location.
Now there are many competing firms with similar procedures, where they provide high-quality services.

On April 30, I signed up for May 30 (in a month!!!) to a specialist who was supposed to go on vacation from 31. I arrived 5-7 minutes before my scheduled time, the specialist was busy. My time came, 5 minutes passed, then 10 minutes, the administrator apologized for the delay, saying that a specialist was giving another client a massage. 15 minutes passed, the specialist was released, went to the office to the administrator, as a result, after almost 20 minutes (from the moment of the "beginning" of my appointment time), I was told that I still needed to wait. I was scheduled for 17.40 for laser hair removal of the shin, at 18.20 I was supposed to be at an ultrasound with a child. Everything was clearly planned. They could only offer to rewrite me for another day. Are you guys serious??? And your coffee at the moment of waiting could not compensate for either the lost or the spit in the soul. I won't set foot on you anymore.
