We stayed at the hotel in September 2025. The hotel itself is impressive - the rooms and common areas are like in a palace. But the service and breakfasts do not pull for 5* in any way. For example, no one helped me with my luggage when I checked in: the taxi driver took the suitcase out of the trunk of the taxi, and I walked around the hotel myself right up to the room. We didn't stay hungry for breakfast, but there was no variety either. There are omelets, sausages, and yogurts. The only fruits are watermelon, melon and pineapples. Vegetables are only tomatoes and cucumbers. Before this hotel, we lived in another 4*, also in Abu Dhabi, but the service and food were "head and shoulders above". One of the advantages: convenient location - between public transport stops, so it's easy to get to all the attractions. Well, in general, he'll go on a rest like spending the night and having breakfast. But I expected a lot more from a 5* hotel, I would rate the hotel as an average 4*.

A gorgeous hotel. Excellent service and delicious food. The rooms were cleaned every day, efficiently. The hotel is located In the very center of the city, even from the street it smells incredibly of incense! It's a long way to the beach, 25 minutes on foot somewhere, 10 minutes by taxi. On the downside: there is no underfloor heating or heated towel rail in the bathroom. Therefore, there was nowhere to hang wet swimsuits and towels, they were always wet.. and there are no balconies in the hotel. In general, the experience is great if we come and stay here again!

You order it, you arrive at the appointed time, and they tell you that it has already left. If you are lucky enough to arrive on it and arrange a return transfer, then the driver will promise to come for you, but in fact he will not do it. The rooms are not bad, but if you take a standard room, the window will be small, like in a crypt. If you do not leave a tip, shampoos and shower gels will not be replenished, toilet paper will be placed on the sink instead of hanging on the toilet paper holder, apparently there is dissatisfaction with this. In standard rooms, the pillows are bad, and the neck may hurt a lot.

The room has bathrobes, slippers, all shower accessories + toothbrushes and toothpaste. The rooftop pool is quite normal, sun beds, towels and music. We took towels, the employee clarified whether we would take them to the beach or be by the pool, calmly wrote down the room number and we went to the beach with separate towels without any problems. Of course, they were returned on their return. We had breakfasts, they were great! First of all, because in addition to coffee from the machine, you could ask for cappuccino with alternative milk from a professional coffee machine (it is located where the omelet is given). Packaged juices. Fruits : apples, pears, bananas, watermelon, melon, pineapples, fruit salad. I was pleased with the choice of greens, 5 types of cheeses, sausages are quite normal (I thought it would be worse). Porridge, hot dishes in marmites, even soup, smoked mackerel is quite tasty. In general, the breakfasts are excellent. There is a spa (men and women in different areas), a hammam, a sauna, a Jacuzzi - for free, massage is paid, but expensive (in the region of 10,000rubles for 60 minutes). Overall, the impressions of the hotel are positive. Who goes for breakfast-don't worry, there are cafes and restaurants on every corner, from the cheapest to the most expensive (they are immediately visible), a lot of grocery stores, and an alcohol store within a 3-minute walk.

The hotel is very beautiful, both from the outside (like a cream cake) and from the inside (rich gilt decoration both at the reception and on the floors). There is always a delicious smell of rose oil in the lobby. Upon arrival, you will receive a compliment in the form of cold pink lemonade. There are a lot of small stones nearby. You can eat at their place, or you can ask them to bring it to the reception (specify the room number), and when the food is brought, the courier will call you in the room. There is a swimming pool and 2 Jacuzzis on the roof. Very comfortable wide sun beds. Would you like to come to this hotel again? Definitely, yes. The staff is very polite. Transfer to the beach and back. They only give out beach towels, I would like to give out a rag and a beach umbrella. The breakfasts are delicious.

It's not perfect. There are some minor disadvantages that you should pay attention to when choosing a hotel.: 1. Minimalism in the restaurant, you can eat, but not too much, especially at breakfast. 2. The transfer to the beach was very stressful, then at 9, then at 10 a.m., then at 12, then at 14 back, or even there are no seats (limit 7 people). We stayed at the Hilton (Royal in their network), there is no such thing with the transfer!!! They will take away / bring everyone who wants to! 3. Sauna from the age of 18, the son was not allowed to go with his father for 17 years, and in the sauna it's not that you can warm up, you can freeze ~ 20 °. 4. Open-air pool (there is no awning), you burn out instantly. If you swim in a T-shirt, it's only made of polyester (they feel it). 5. A very modest birthday compliment for a 5* hotel (again, compared to Hilton). Otherwise, it's great: expensive interior, chic rooms, white linen, good cosmetics, location in the city (dirty), near the airport, attractions and shopping center.

The accommodation also includes the provision of bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, cotton pads and sticks, sewing kits, tea and coffee sets, etc. There is a transfer to the beach at two times, one at 9 a.m., the other at 9.30, but you need to make an appointment in advance. They bring you back from the beach at 12 o'clock and at 12.30. The pool is a bit old by design, but everything is clean, the Jacuzzi is working.

I had a rest at the end of April 2025 in this hotel. Nice rooms, all the amenities are there: slippers, bathrobe, soap accessories, hairdryer, iron. If something is missing, you can apply and they will bring everything. Rooms were cleaned every day, water was replenished and towels were changed daily. The hotel itself is beautiful, everything is a bit in the royal version: gold, monograms, paintings in gilded frames, carpets, but it didn't bother me personally, everyone chooses their own style. The staff is smiling, friendly, and always tries to help resolve any issues. There is a rooftop pool with sun beds, and towels are provided on site. It may be small, but refreshing yourself and immediately sunbathing is a great option. Many people write about food. What do you want to say? Breakfasts are monotonous, yes. The dishes haven't changed in 1.5 weeks. Actually, coming on day 4.5, you realize that you already have these eggs and rolls - you don't want to. You just have to be prepared for this, or give up breakfast altogether. The fruits are the same: oranges, apples, bananas and chopped melon, watermelon and pineapple (ripe every other time). We also took dinner. You can already have more interesting food there. There are different dishes, salads, and delicious cakes. We got to the wedding, so they brought a cake to our room without warning - it was nice that they didn't leave it without attention. Now about the beach and the transfer. This is a separate story. We never got on the free bus from the hotel. We tried to sign up several times the day before, i.e. today for tomorrow, and it turned out that there were no empty seats for the morning hours, or for some reason we were not on the list. And if by some miracle they recorded it, then in the evening they called the room and said that they had confused everything and there were only available seats for the bus that leaves at 11:45. After 4 unsuccessful attempts, we gave up and took a taxi. 15-20 dirhams came out. You can walk for 40-45 minutes, but even in the morning it was very hot and stuffy that we took a taxi after one such experiment. Our usual Yandex works, you can call through it, but it's cheaper to catch a taxi on the street, they all go by the meter and often there are empty cars already at the hotels, so there are no problems. In general, I liked everything, there is an exchange and shops nearby, if you just walk 15-20 minutes to the Embankment. Despite the small negative aspects, I will still recommend this hotel to check in, because there is something to compare it with (in this price category, 5 hotels in Dubai were much worse).

Taxis were hand-picked both at the hotel and at the beach. No problem at all. We swam on Corniche 4, it's free. The sea is perfect, and so is the sand. The sand is cleaned constantly. But there is no umbrella and sun beds. Shade was found under palm trees. And since we arrived in the morning, there were no problems at all. The vacation experience is wonderful.

The interior is for an amateur. I liked the room, it was quite spacious, the bed was good, with a comfortable mattress. I did not like the fact that there were no normal sockets, gadgets were charged only in the bathroom, the shower door did not close tightly in the bathroom, water was leaking out. The room cleaning was not bad, but sometimes they forgot to wipe the dust. The biggest disappointment is breakfast. He's terrible. Almost all the pastries are dry and cherished, and the choice is generally meager. Vegetables and fruits were often spoiled. There are only 2 types of sausages and they are absolutely tasteless. The cook fried eggs and omelets in a huge amount of butter. The cheeses and sausages were smoked, as if they had been lying for more than one day (The only thing that was delicious was hummus and Indian tortillas. A small selection of breakfast cereals, pancakes and waffles is just the sole. Now about the rooftop pool. Everything is bad there, the hoods are very noisy, and the smell from them is appropriate. Next to the pool staff counter there is an open hand basin, which is covered in some greasy stains, a cabinet with glasses is just as "clean". The location of the hotel is not very good, it is located among residential buildings, there are cheap supermarkets and a lot of shawarma and fried chicken establishments around, the streets around are quite dirty, especially right behind the hotel. It's not close to a good restaurant, and it's decent to walk to Cornish Beach too. I would like to mention the hotel staff - there is nothing to complain about, all very friendly, helpful guys. We lived in Royal Rose for 2 weeks, from January 8 to January 22, 2024, before that we were in Abu Dhabi 3 times, so we have something to compare it with. The hotel is more suitable for a short stay.
