Minus- it is located far from cities. However, we counted it as a plus - we needed only water and sun, which we had plenty of.

Construction, noise, queues are just everywhere
Super boorish service and ultra small territory
Well, now in order:
1. The hotel is crowded. There are several times more people than the hotel can accommodate
2. Coffee and food - queue. The food is as monotonous as possible. Fruit only in the morning. Children eat only pasta, the rest, alas, is not edible
3. A tiny pool with nowhere to fall
4. On the beach, people just lie on the sand, because there are not enough sunbeds
5. The hotel is broken and tired. There is virtually no cleaning
6. Children are not given blankets, they bring synthetic blankets
7. The children's room is just a place where children entertain themselves.
9. Hair in food. Constantly dirty tables, a queue in the evening for any drinks
8. There is simply no entertainment or animation program.
10. Clothes cannot be dried in the family room, there is no balcony and it is wet at this time. They offered to move to a room with a balcony + 10,000 rubles per day!!!!!!!!!! At the same time, in rooms with a balcony and a sea view, the noise from the construction site can be heard from 6 am.
11. The staff is very tired, there are too many people, physically unable to cope, everyone is angry. The manager just mocks the staff
12. If you have everything included, get ready to stand in line for water on the beach and drinks. If you want ice cream, the probability that it is over is 90%

This is the only person who tries to help to the best of his authority and is very polite. I lowered my rating because of this situation.
But otherwise there are no comments: the rooms are good, the food is delicious, the beach is clean, the guys at the beach bar are great.

Disgusting hotel. I will describe why :
1. The hotel is located on a construction site. The sea is lousy and no one is interested in it.
2. at the spa, my girlfriend was molested by an employee and asked for sex.
3. to the complaint about the spa, they said "this is a contractor" we can't do anything.
4. if you have been vacationing at this hotel, add my comments and post them on booking and other organizations for the accommodation of people.
5. even the tables are loose and wobbly.
How do you people rate for such money?!
