We returned today on 07/31/2024. The food is delicious, the cleaning is good, the room is great in size, the sea is close. But it's worth replacing the towels in the room. They are very terrible. These are already gray rags. Everything is visible in the photo. There were shortcomings during check-in, but Ainura's employee decided everything the next day. The territory of the hotel is small, there is nowhere to go in the evening. For whom it is important, keep in mind. Bars start working from 11.00. This is very inconvenient. I had to bring my own water to the beach because in the heat of 42 degrees it's hard to wait for the bar to open. A modern hotel with excellent cuisine, clean rooms. We were from October 22 to November 3. The furniture and plumbing are new, there are two TVs in the room, We were moved into the main building without balconies, minus - there is nowhere to dry things. The room is large with two zones. Large comfortable bed. The room is cleaned every day, we have been there for 11 days - we have not changed the linen once. We were settled immediately upon arrival - for this, many thanks to the administrator Ainura. The hotel has three swimming pools. The variety of food is not the same as in Turkey, but basically all the food is delicious, there is enough quantity. There are always two types of meat and fish. Fruit for breakfast. Confectionery products deserve special praise - there are not many of them, but they are very tasty. Persian Gulf - the water is very warm, there are enough sunbeds. This is a wonderful vacation in the Emirates, at the Radisson Hotel! I liked everything from check in to check out) The hotel is on the 1st line of the Persian Gulf, the beach with its own sunbeds, a light breeze, and what awesome sunsets! Standard room with a balcony overlooking the bay, it was so great to fall asleep and wake up from the sea)) a bed with a comfortable mattress, new, crisp bed linen, room cleaning every day (I like to leave tips, don't be greedy either), iron with ironing board, thank you very much) terry white bathrobe, slippers, shampoos, shower gel, 2 bottles of water, there is a safe, I always walked, I have everything included, it was delicious, I liked the ice cream, the pools. Basically, everyone is friendly, happy to help! Dry clothes only on high chairs. I went to Oman, Abu Dhabi, and went to the mosque. I liked everything. The harsh truth about the hotel.
I've been staying at this hotel for three days now, and I'm leaving in two days, but I can already say that I'll never come back here, since, perhaps, this is the worst hotel of the entire Radisson chain in the world. To be honest, I will dissuade absolutely everyone from visiting this hotel.
1. Do not flatter yourself that the hotel is quite new (only 3 years old), since absolutely everything is already pretty shabby, namely the rooms and infrastructure. The linen will be dirty (with unwashed stains), the paint will fall off, towels on the beach through one with holes. The air conditioners seem to blow, but they can also break (this happened). The room can be cleaned at 10:00 or 17:00. Even the letter in the name of the hotel has fallen off, but not from the side of the road, but from the beach, where no one except the residents will see it.
2. The all inclusive system is completely inadequate. Imagine a situation where it's +37 outside, it's incredibly hot, and you get up early in the morning to swim until noon and not burn out. So, you wake up, go to breakfast, and then go swimming. And surely you need to drink a lot in this heat? Yes, but in this hotel, if you do not have water with you, you will not be able to do this. Since the bars by the beach and pool are open from 11:00 (this is if the bartender arrives on time) and until 17:30 (the hotel's papers say up to 18, but alas, the bartender has his own vision on this score). That is, there is nothing to drink in the morning, nothing to drink in the evening, in the morning be content with what you got at the bar the day before. Oh, well, yes, it will only be water, all other drinks are strictly forbidden to take in the room. And in the evening, if you managed to take until 17:30 "in reserve" to buy quietly for another 1.5 hours (since the sun sets at 19:00), then you are lucky, if not, then go change clothes and you can have a drink at dinner or at the hotel bar, but you can not go there in swimming trunks. Stupidity, which causes discomfort, but, for sure, saves a lot of money for the hotel on its own guests, everything is saturated with this principle here
3. But the worst thing about the hotel is the staff, communication with whom every time will inspire the feeling that they are doing you a favor by looking at you. The bartenders and the rest of the staff, with an absolutely stony face without a single hint of a smile, will do everything to get rid of you as soon as possible, and this is really the case. The last straw of the idea of the staff was the useless lifeguard by the chilled pool, which at the very rush hour did not allow you to rearrange the umbrella to lie not in direct sunlight, but in the shade. And what are umbrellas for, excuse me? To create shade and not burn out in the sun, but not in this hotel. Here it's just a decoration that can't be touched. When asked where to lie down in the shade, I heard: "Look over there," but alas, it was busy.
Appeal: Dear administration of the Radisson Marjan Island Hotel, is it really impossible for you to move umbrellas to create shade? Or is it an amateur activity and a personal opinion of lifeguard by the pool? Then remove them altogether, if it's just a decoration.
4. Food: ordinary normal food, no frills, but you won't stay hungry either.
5. Alcohol: if you are comfortable drinking at the pool bar or at the beach exclusively from 11 to 17:30, then there is no problem. You will not stay sober, as well as hungry. The alcohol itself according to the All inclusive program is some kind of local, but with the USA label.
Russian russians will understand you basically everywhere, if you want to explain something more in English, then it is unlikely that ordinary staff will be able to answer, since English is also at an elementary level, as well as Russian. But all languages are spoken at reception.
Outside the scoring of grades:
If you arrive in the morning and leave at lunch, then you are not supposed to have lunch, how and whether this will be monitored, I do not know, but the fact is the fact. It's strange when you serve a buffet, and when it's not possible to eat all the food anyway, then you limit eating lunch, but okay. This does not affect the value judgment of the hotel, it's just the rules.
P.S. Everyone is free to make their own decision to go or not to go to this hotel, but personally I do not recommend it.

We had a vacation in September 2024, the package is all inclusive. The hotel did not meet the expectation, the first thing that catches your eye is the old, worn and torn towels in the room, towels on the beach are in the same condition and there are still not enough of them (after 11:00 they run out). There is a construction site next to the hotel on all sides, so it is dusty (including on the balconies), noisy. Construction site on both sides on the beach.
The entrance to the sea is small shells, but at the very beginning there is a strip with small sharp pebbles. The water in the sea is stagnant.
The rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day.
Transfer to Dubai Mall 1 time a week on Saturday, 75 dirhams/person.
The nearest shop and pharmacy are 1.8km from the hotel (40min walk one way).
We will definitely not return here.

The beach is nice, very close to the hotel. There are a lot of sun beds, but there are not always enough umbrellas. Wi-Fi finishes up to the first line. The sea is clear, especially if you walk a little to the side.
The neighboring plots have not been built up yet and you can walk along the shore. In the evening, there is nowhere to go, there is little animation, life outside the hotel ends.
It is better to purchase excursions from a local guide near the elevator - it will be 2 times cheaper than from a tour operator.
We rested together for a week - we didn't have time to get bored, in general we liked everything.

We stayed at the hotel in March for 5 days - me and a 5-year-old child.
We lived in room 1119 - a double bed and a small folding sofa. Without a balcony. The room itself is quite large, 30 meters.
The conday is controlled from a panel next to the bed. The temperature regime is comfortable, it was set at 23 degrees when we left the room. Inconvenient for us - a rain shower, there is no ordinary watering can.
Check-in took place at about five-thirty in the morning, we had paid for these days. The employee at the reception did not immediately understand this, and then how did she understand! At the same time, there was a Russian-speaking guy at the reception (Kazakh, sort of). We were given a snack with us - sandwiches, cakes, bananas.
The room is fully equipped - towels (gray, battered), soap and soap set, gel, shampoo, conditioner - in dispensers on the wall. Kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, bottled water. In the closet there is a ironing board, an iron, a normal hair dryer, a safe.
The hotel has no territory, there is nothing to do outside the territory either. Once we reached Pullman - they have a sports ground, an embankment.
Pools: there are three of them - two warm deep ones)140-150 cm), one small children's pool with fountains and other entertainments - it is icy. There is a bar next to the pools - there are alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, some snacks (French fries, nachos, burgers). Ice cream is served at the rooftop bar from 13 to 15.
There is a playroom for children, open from 9 to 20. We were in it a couple of times - we played curling iron, the child climbed the wall, played with other children. There are some events there, but we didn't attend them.
A buffet restaurant is acceptable. Without luxuries, but they never went hungry. Fruits are only for breakfast. The porridge is always the same - liquid oatmeal (if you add jam, that is, you can). Usually, scramble, sausages (delicious, by the way), cheese, vegetables, hash browns were taken for breakfast. For lunch - no soups, because they are mostly tomato and with spices. Baked potatoes, delicious rice, pasta, lamb, fish, beef, salads. It's about the same for dinner. Desserts are plentiful. Tea, coffee. drinks. The complete absence of paper napkins! I carried them with me from the room, because we used to use them at the table.
Beach: there weren't always enough sunbeds really. Beach towels were taken at the entrance to the beach.
From Thursday to Sunday there is animation: then they showed magic tricks, then some gromozeka walked in a suit, the music is Russian pop.

I came to this hotel on the recommendation of friends, I thought everything would be fine.
But upon arrival, they put me in a room where construction is going on outside the window, yes, they warned a day before arrival that repairs were underway, but it did not correspond to the time frame, starting from 7:00 and until 23:00! It is impossible to sleep under the noise of an excavator and other equipment. The hotel management does not respond to all my requests to change the room! Moreover, there is an Uzbek man sitting at the reception who is rude.
The Internet does not work in the room, the bed linen is yellow, washed, the bathrobe and slippers were brought only at my request, the sun beds on the beach need to be occupied from 6:00 in the morning.
There are not enough tables in the restaurant at lunch, people are waiting in line.

I hope you have already read all the good reviews. I will write something that is not written about, just not paying attention to the shortcomings.
A huge plus is the proximity of the sea, but it is not the sea, but the bay. The hook of the island makes the water almost stagnant, the water is cloudy from microgrowths. But this does not spoil the bathing experience. It is especially good for children to swim.
Nutrition can be estimated at both 5 and 3. The fact is that there is no dietary nutrition, only porridge and eggs in the morning, there is rice, just pasta, one yogurt, cheeses. There are all sorts of options for vegetables, meat, but absolutely everything with seasonings. There are no simple boiled potatoes, there are pasta, but I don't like them, it happens. I was amazed at how the waiters were wiping the tables. They spray the table with something, then wash it for a long time, then rub it to shine, shake the crumbs off the chairs.
Our room was on the 3rd floor, in the shower, water was pouring from a watering can on the ceiling of the cabin, like a rain shower, with low pressure, it was very inconvenient to wash. The usual watering can on the hose is missing from the word completely in all standard rooms. Taking a shower, you realize that water fills not only the shower stall, it overflows over a low side and flows to the toilet, and a towel placed on the floor does not save from the flood. Perhaps there is a watering can with a hose in the family rooms, I did not check.
They moved to the 7th floor. The room is smaller, the water flows perfectly, but pulsates, sometimes cold, sometimes tolerably hot. The contrast shower is automatic. Water also gets on the floor from the shower, but in drops, you also have to wipe it. There is an interior door, which I didn't like. Okay, let's put up with it.
Otherwise, for people like me with sore feet, the hotel is quite suitable. There are ramps everywhere, the sand is hard on the beach. We saw an elderly couple with a teenager with cerebral palsy in a wheelchair. They went everywhere with him, and could even take him to the beach. Respect for them, for such love for the child.
Everything else is fine: both cleanliness and attitude.

The desire to return to this hotel disappeared on the day of arrival.
To get the required set of bed linen for the child and a set of towels, I had to go down to the reception 2 times. As a result, they brought a pillow, a sheet and a blanket (smelly and without a duvet cover). The receptionist at the reception said that there are no blankets and they give it out for extra space.... Surprisingly, after a couple of days, there was still a normal blanket.
We moved into a room without a balcony overlooking the construction site, there are no other rooms either)
The territory is very small, there is no greenery, animation is from 20 to 21 from Thursday to Sunday. The rest of the days there is nowhere to even walk, because there is a construction site all around.
For the most part, the staff does not care, there is no help. A glass tabletop fell on my daughter's foot, which was on suction cups. It's necessary to think of such a thing! When we asked for help, the receptionist calmly redirected us to a separate guide at the reception. Who, by the way, also doesn't care about anything except excursions. As a result, we organized ourselves and went to the local hospital on insurance.
On the first night, the fire alarm went off twice, and I had to remove it myself. Tk again, the administrator can't help in any way. By the way, in other rooms the alarm system was also triggered regularly throughout our stay.
The whole service is awry, everything is there, but not for you))) ice cream is served from 13 to 15 (exactly at children's sleep, apparently adults need it more) and is given at the adult pool on the second floor.
We did not receive lunch boxes either on the night of arrival, on the day of the tour, or on the day of departure. Justification- it is not supposed to be.
In general, you can still write a lot about the cons, delicious food is one of the advantages.
The result: a pension hotel with a lack of service and customer orientation.

The hotel is very good, but there are both significant advantages and disadvantages. Let's start with the positive:
The hotel is quiet and peaceful.
The food is excellent, I especially liked the breakfasts! Varied, delicious, no complaints. Food is both spicy (for example, Indian) and boiled without salt and spices, you can even feed a child (we fed our five-year-old fastidiously). A large assortment of meat (lamb, beef), there is always fish and chicken.
The rooms are lovely, the furniture is not outdated, not shabby, everything is very decent. We had a large family room, enough closets and shelves to accommodate our clothes. It is very convenient that there is a kettle and cups, glasses, and a supply of delicious tea and coffee with cream is replenished daily. A complete set of accessories - toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, balm, shower gel. The cleaning is high-quality and daily.
Heated pools. The water is well cleaned, there is no garbage floating in it. The child drank water from the pool daily (accidentally, of course), but there were no consequences. Rescue during a storm at sea or too cool sea water. However, when the Arabs left the hotel en masse, who were sitting in the pools in companies of 15 people, for some reason they stopped warming up enough. Shtosh :)
The beach is wonderful, especially the one that is healthier from buoys)) There are too many shells on the hotel beach, and on the right there is a soft sand and it is more pleasant to go in. In the first half of the day, the tide is about 2.5 meters, it becomes shallow. The water is very clean, transparent, there is no garbage in it. If there is a storm, the workers immediately remove the algae. There are enough sun beds, beach towels can be changed at least every day.
Very cool service at the reception and by the pools, that's right 5+. They were settled not at 15 o'clock, as it is written in the rules of the hotel, but at 13 and in a great room. Thanks to the staff, who without any delay gave us another card from the room when we forgot all the cards inside. Glasses by the pools are collected by a separate employee with a cart, they do not need to be taken anywhere. On the day of departure, Ainur's employee extended our room for free almost until the transfer to the airport, thank her very much.
Now about the cons. I put a fat two separately for the children's paddling pool. It's icy! I do not know how to make a children's pool with slides icy when the rest are heated.
There is no place to dry things in the family room. There is no balcony, there is no dryer (although the room size allows you to put it, you just need to buy them), the window does not open, but leans back, and down! This is very annoying, since the window itself is darkened from the sun, and you can't open it completely and look normally at the street (attached a photo of the window).
Everything in the room was damp, including our passports, which were in the suitcase. Unexpectedly for a country that is in the desert.
There is a children's playroom, but there are few games and entertainment. After visiting the game room several times, we realized that parents take their ill-mannered children there, whom they themselves cannot cope with, and go to rest. A complete orgy.
A couple of times the fire alarm went off at night, when someone wanted to smoke in the room, the whole floor wakes up.
The way to the beach and to the pools lies through the reception, where the air conditioners are working at full capacity. Very ill-considered.
A very strange shower. Not only is it tropical (in the ceiling, without a watering can, it is problematic to wash the child), it also switches as it pleases from boiling water to ice.
On the beach, jet skis are located too close to swimmers, they cause noise and exhaust fumes.
There is not a single store near the hotel within walking distance.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the pros outweighed the cons. It turned out to be a good vacation with a child.

If you evaluate it by facts, and not by personal expectations, then the hotel is very good for 4 stars. The hotel itself is not big, clean, they responded to all requests immediately and did everything they could. There is a "cleaning" or "do not disturb" button in the room, you will turn it on, you will not turn it on, respectively not. They clean well, the bed linen is also changed every time. The clothes dryer was brought immediately. If possible, take a room with a balcony, because things in the room do not dry. Food: the choice is not great, but everything is delicious and there was always enough. There is not much entertainment, the hotel is just to lie like a jellyfish on the beach, it is located on an island, it is far to get to everything if you take a taxi. The closest one is al Hamra, they say, 35 dirhams taxi to it. We bought gifts for relatives and colleagues there, delicious fruits and so on in small things. Returning to the hotel- very good for 4, I recommend it!

The rooms are standard, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron with ironing board. The bed is comfortable, but the blanket is too warm. There is a buffet three times a day, the food is about the same every day, but everything is delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly, they will always help. The beach is sandy, mixed with small shells, you can walk barefoot, but the entrance to the water is sharp pebbles, shells. There is a bar on the beach, drinks, cocktails with alcohol, beer, French fries. But you have to stand in line under the sun. There is a children's pool with slides. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi to get to the nearest store.there is nothing within walking distance.

But construction works are underway near the hotel (an embankment is being built in the bay), usually excavators are actively working in the morning and dump trucks are driving, they make noise and periodically smell gasoline. The beach of the hotel is separated from the construction site by a fence.
There are no shops within walking distance, the hotel is located at a distance.
Only dinner is included on the day of arrival, breakfast and lunch on the day of departure, but lunch can be postponed to the day of arrival or paid (250 dirhams - 2 adults and a child 10 years old).

The long-awaited vacation has come. The expectations from the hotel were not too high, but upon arrival it became immediately clear that only the name of the hotel was from Radisson.
Further on the points:
1. The main advantage of the hotel is the proximity of the Persian Gulf. You leave the room and after 2 minutes you are already splashing in warm sea water.
2. The hotel covers basic needs.
3. Lack of open access to water. A container with Sassi water is placed at the reception only during lunch and dinner. The room is provided with 2 bottles of 0.5 per day. In this heat, it's not enough, but you won't get it anymore, the exception is tourists with an all-inclusive package.
4. There is no vegetation on the territory and inside the hotel. Just a few bushes near the children's pool. And so - the bare desert around.
5. There are construction sites on both sides of the hotel. Construction work starts early. On the west side at the beginning of 5 am, on the east side later from 7.30. You have to sleep to the sounds of piles being hammered.
6. On 09/25/2024, the main restaurant in the hotel is closed. Meals are served in the lobby and conference hall.
7. There is no customer orientation. From the word at all. The staff is not friendly. I'll give you an example, after training in the gym, I found that they had been disassembled into the water. Food: the most favorite thing in this hotel is breakfast! The breakfasts here are wonderful - red fish, many kinds of cheeses, pancakes, jams, fruits - and everything is very tasty! At lunch and dinner, of course, it's also delicious!)
Service: well, for a solid three. Sometimes they pretend they don't understand what you want from them.
Staff: the guys who clean the rooms are very good, they clean conscientiously. Mirrors, windows are rubbed every time. In the dining room, waiters and admins are not bad guys.
