It 's a great place... if you have a lot of money and you can afford to buy a property in this place. Otherwise, you can come take a picture against the background of the Ferris wheel on the opposite shore (if cruise ships do not block the view :)) transport accessibility is only by taxi, public transport does not run, although the monorail running to Atlantis can be conditionally called public transport.
