The vacation at JA Palm Tree Court has exceeded all expectations! This is a real oasis of comfort and coziness in Dubai. The territory is surrounded by greenery and flowers, it feels like you are in a tropical garden by the sea. The rooms are spacious, stylish and very clean, with wonderful views. The service is top–notch - the staff is always friendly, attentive to details and ready to help in any situation. The various restaurants on site were particularly enjoyable – the food is great, you can taste cuisines from all over the world. The beach is clean and well maintained, there are plenty of sun beds, the sea is calm and warm. The atmosphere here is perfect for both a family vacation and a romantic trip. The hotel gives you a feeling of absolute relaxation and care. I really want to come back here again and again!

Nice hotel, beautiful grounds, decent cuisine, both in price and quality. It's a long way from the center - take a free shuttle about an hour to the Dubai Mall. A good water park will suit children under 12-13 years old. For a short trip of 3-5 days , it will be boring if it takes longer .

It is divided into three different hotel concepts: a hotel away from the bay overlooking the pond, a hotel overlooking the bay and cottages overlooking the bay. We lived in a cottage. A huge, green area with peacocks) The only disadvantage of this place is the distance from Dubai itself. I highly do not recommend this hotel!!! 4* maximum!!! 1. Very outdated! 2. Cockroaches in the room and even in bed (photos attached!) Shame on you! What 5 stars are there... maximum 4! Or even 3+! The first situation is that 2 cockroaches ran through the room the next day after checking in! We thought from the street (the room was 777 on the 1st floor and the category is the highest, near the restaurant!) They didn't say anything! The next day, we were lying in bed with a 2.8 child! A cockroach was crawling on my husband's arm! Killed in bed right!!!! They called the reception desk - they NEVER pick up the phone at night! The next day we went to the reception to sort it out-we showed a photo! We were shaking! They offered an exchange for another room (they drove around the hotel-they showed it!) Initially, we offered rooms of the lower category! It did not suit us, they replaced it with our category number 375! It seemed to fit, but the problem continued! The air conditioner unit was broken (the screen was flooded), the air conditioner was not working. There were even more cockroaches, but already on the terrace! 3. The white orchid restaurant has terrible service from some waiters! A young Korean woman, Chloe, just behaved abominably!!! The menu was thrown on the table with an extremely unhappy look-which is unacceptable for a 5* hotel! The service is extremely slow, there is no priority for children! 4. The rooms are extremely tired!!! 3+ turkey or a very old 4*! 5. Bugs were swimming in the pool.... Wildness!!! The pool is full of children! One of the parents told the rescuers about it-they quietly fished them out as if nothing had happened, but they appeared in this pool again and again! The pool is about three storey villas. 6. In the evening, at dinner in the republik restaurant, we met a Russian family, a woman from this family drank an aperol syringe and asked the waiter if she could pour it with herself-the waiter's answer is naturally no. I asked to pour the child (I remind 2.8 years old) water with me into a cup! The manager - Laura of the restaurant made a scandal in hysterics! After that, we went to the white orchid bar and there we were simply put out and forbidden to drink anything. Manager Rahul is an extremely unpleasant person. Nonsense? Indiscriminately, the decision was that we asked to take alcohol with us! It is our family, although this request was from another family. We asked for water for the child and asked to check the bill (our family did not drink aperol for this holiday more than once!) the managers of this hotel did not even apologize! 7. The disgusting work of the hotel managers! Boorish attitude! Unsanitary conditions! The level is very low for the declared 5* - shame! We will never return to this hotel! 8. On the day of departure, we met with the family-who faced all the same problems as us and not one of the requests-the claims were not satisfied! In general, the hotel taxi forgot them in the city with three children! 9. Well, finally, a photo from the last evening on the veranda and in the morning! The photo of the cockroach was taken after waking up near the bed 🤦🏼♀️ I really want this hotel to correct at least some of these comments and listen to the requirements of the guests!!!! Upon arrival in Moscow, the child was found to have the Coxsackie virus 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ The sanitation is complete!!! It is absolutely impossible to fly to this hotel with children!
