We stayed at this hotel for the winter holidays of 2024-2025. the price/quality ratio is 10/10. it is located one minute from the metro, in the same building there is a local eatery with kebabs that cost adequate money. the hotel has a swimming pool, but it doesn't warm up well in winter, I didn't dare, my husband climbed in once. well, another advantage is the balcony with a good view of the city.

Cars could be partially heard through the window, but not critically. The restaurant wasn't open at night, so there was no shouting. There was a construction site nearby, I didn't hear it at all. Yes, there are no mosques nearby, you know.... The breakfast buffet is strange, but we found something to eat.
