An unusual vacation for Dubai. Yes, technically it is not Dubai, but Ajman. But 40 minutes and you're already in the Dubai Mall, so for me it's still one location. We had a vacation in January, but even this month there is a striking contrast in the sensations when you get into a car in a stuffy city and get out in the pleasant freshness of a green oasis. Yes, the hotel is not for party people (although, why not use it as a base for outings into the city)? If you stay more than 10 days, then the menu of two restaurants will definitely get bored - you will want something new. But other than that, I can't mention the disadvantages - a great green area. A magnificent long pool. Friendly and unobtrusive staff, ready to do everything to make your vacation not just good, but great. There is a construction site around. But everything already looks decent, and when everything is completed, I think that the district will be just great. Nearby there is a mangrove grove and a golf course, all of the highest class. There are villas closer to the beach. There are two buildings with rooms. I recommend taking a room in a building not by the pool (it will be quieter, especially in the season) and on the 2nd-3rd floor overlooking the sea

We were in this wonderful place, and all expectations were fully met.
We took a room with a garden and a sea view.
The room is very spacious.
A bathtub, a shower, a dressing room, a terrace with sun beds, a table and chairs, and a private lawn.
The hotel has its own access to the sea.
There are 2 restaurants, a gym, a swimming pool, a spa complex, a library (where you can work quietly if necessary).
The restaurants have excellent chefs (French and Italian). Excellent waiters who will help and prompt you in everything.
There are Russian-speaking staff.
If you need to get to the city in 10 minutes by taxi.
Of the cons:
1. Sometimes the tide brings a little garbage to the beach, but this is not critical.
2. On weekends, the hotel is filled with locals, at this time it is better to plan trips and excursions.
I recommend going there for those who are looking for privacy and a relaxing holiday.

A chic boutique hotel. The rooms are excellent, the restaurants are excellent, the service is 5+. If you want to relax in the UAE, this is an excellent place. I've been there more than once, quietly, calmly. I recommend. It is better to rent a villa on the beach with a large company.

A nice secluded hotel on the beach, nothing nearby, good service, there are Russian-speaking staff, almost everywhere. A la carte meals, including breakfast! They're not bad, we were on the HB. Dinners in 2 restaurants to choose from, build a third (Italian) . The pool is 85 m. The temperature is adjustable. The rooms are great, large, and comfortable. The linen and pillows are good. In general, we liked it!

Great place! We were vacationing with my wife and daughter. I liked everything very much. It was exactly the kind of vacation we wanted: tranquility and high service. No fuss and no parties. There are few people, as there should be in a suite. The beach is great. The food is very tasty. Now we are thinking about which other country to go to, where there is an Oberoi: the concept of the hotel, as they say, has really gone to us.

Territory,landscaping for 5 points! The room is large, comfortable, cleaning 2 times a day.
The food is only on the menu, and here are the biggest disadvantages: the waiters do not have time, confuse orders and simply forget! There are catastrophically few vegetables and fruits.
The beach is sandy, there are plenty of sun loungers and gazebos. But the sea is dirty! And on both sides of the hotel, new buildings are being built, garbage from builders and, romantic " landscape is not pleasing (
There is absolutely nothing to do in the evening, and relax during the day.
We escaped by sea fishing (just a delight), not from the hotel, went by boat to the mangrove forests. Well, to Dubai once again. The second time, most likely, we will not go to Oberoi.

We stayed at this hotel twice and were satisfied both times.
A luxury hotel designed by Piero Lissoni. Modern architecture and spacious rooms.
Privacy and relaxation.
Dignities:
- it is forbidden to occupy sun beds near the pool and on the beach in advance, for this-a huge respect!
- a variety of delicious breakfasts, buffet + ala-kart
- cleanliness, and room service at the highest level
- huge well-groomed territory
- gorgeous beach, huge, clean...
- responsive staff, any requests are resolved very quickly and as comfortably as possible
- lack of animation
- library with a good selection of art books
Number:
A chic room (80 sq. m.) in a modern style with 4-meter ceilings and a private 20-meter terrace with a mini garden. The room has everything, a dressing room, a tropical and ordinary shower, a bathroom with a garden view, a coffee machine, a kettle, an ice set, unlimited water, all toiletries, luxury cosmetics, pads, condoms, nail files, dental care kits, washcloths, slippers, beach slippers, bathrobes.
Room cleaning 2 times a day. Preparing the room for bed. The room is equipped with a smart home system. The choice of pillows is impressive, there is for every taste. The bed is comfortable, the mattress is comfortable.
For the child, we were provided with a cot with bed linen, a feeding chair and a set of cosmetics: Cream, lotion, shampoo, soap, powder. (upon prior request, no extra charge).
There is enough space for everyone both in restaurants and near the pool.
Beach: Huge sandy. Equipped with sun beds and aerariums. They bring a cooling set and it is possible to order drinks and food.
The pool is clean, without the smell of chlorine, sparsely populated.
Two restaurants. The kitchen is author's. The price tag is high.
The breakfasts are excellent. Swedish line and hot menu order.
The pastry chef takes out the pastries in the morning and treats the guests.
Entertainment in the sense that our tourist is used to is not here. There are no discos, animation and other fun (thanks to Oberoi for this special one), but there is an incredible chic library with an amazing selection of books. Here you can look through unique art books, biographies and plunge into the world of famous cult brands, or you can just play chess.
There is a kids' club for children. Good. The kids are very comfortable in it.
There is a fitness club and a stunning SPA with incredible Ayurvedic treatments. You just need to feel it, words cannot convey it.
The staff is responsive, well-trained, unobtrusive. They help in everything. Very courteous and friendly.

It's a bit far from the center, from Burj Khalifa, etc. And for some reason the beach is not for the entire length of the coast allocated to the hotel. To enter where the buoys are unpleasantly rocky. It is better on the left, where there are no buoys, near the volleyball net.
