We've been planning to go there with the bride for a long time, a place with such a history, praised and delicious according to the recommendations. We arrived, were warmly welcomed, the tables were clean, there were many toppings to choose from, and we communicated politely. Everything that was not asked for was brought without problems and please be kind. Everything was fine until the moment when the bill arrived.
I understand everything, this place has existed for a reason for so long, but paying for 3 servings of dumplings, 5 pieces of dumplings, pickles and tea for the price of dinner in a good cafe is already too much. The bill came out at 250 thousand per person (I still did not understand why the bill was calculated for us per person), which amounts to 500 thousand for a lunch consisting of dumplings, dumplings, pickles, tea and an ordinary sliced loaf. The aftertaste of being blatantly ripped off has remained to this day.
P.S. I saw a lot of reviews from foreigners, so we are local :D

A must-visit place! This is a street food, but not a wild piggy or a hot dog, namely a street food cafe. The Michelin Guide awards such establishments a star (Jay Fai Street food in Bangkok) or a Bib Gourmand award. If it treats this place from this point of view, then the price tag is very justified (much higher than the average for the city). If you are wandering around the city and find yourself nearby, then it is better to come here than to another faceless establishment with Turkish cuisine. Accordingly, I see no point in discussing the cost. An institution with a clear specialization - dumplings / manti. I don't write about the taste of the dishes, because everything is very subjective. The service is exactly as you would expect. There is no feeling that visitors = pipeline. The individual attitude to each visitor is very pleasant. It seems that not only the cafe is "inherited", but also visitors have been coming here for more than the first generation. PS: there may well be a minister or a millionaire entrepreneur at the next table, or just respected and nice people. Democracy... )))
