I very rarely use this chain of stores. 08.26.25 I bought powder and was looking for a lip product, the brand of which is not represented in Letual (I did not know about it), and decided to ask about it at the checkout during payment. The music was loud, and apparently the girl and her colleague couldn't hear me very well, but instead of bending down or coming over, they decided to watch my attempts to reach them until the last moment. Besides, their attitude towards me as a client was strange, as if they wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible, despite the fact that I communicated with them with a smile and politely.… In general, the impression is mixed. The assortment is excellent, but the staff left an unpleasant aftertaste. I only remembered Catherine's names.
