A huge bank with huge queues. The staff is polite enough, but I personally waited more than an hour for my turn. So only 2-3 tables were served by electronic queue. When I finally got there, it turned out it would have been better to go to another table with my request, and there was a live queue. We were eventually served. Why not increase the number of employees? When it was my turn, it was 107, and mine was 145. Not great, guys! We need to respect our clients' time.
