A great hotel for its level. They were specially chosen not on the first coastline, so that they could quickly and conveniently get out into the city. The location is great for outdoor activities. Right in front of the hotel there is a metro station and a taxi for every taste and color.
The staff is very polite and helpful. The food is good as everywhere else. There is a nice pool on the roof, there were no practical people. We went on vacation in the fall, so the weather was gorgeous 28-30 degrees.
Rooms are a separate topic, there are no such rooms even in 5-star hotels. We rented 2 rooms for a family of 6 people. So we were given a 3-room room with three full bathrooms, where we could all settle freely. The second room was a one-and-a-half-room, very nice for two people.
Taxi drivers took us directly to the parking lot 2 meters from the elevator. We were pleasantly surprised by this approach. It is especially convenient after partying with sleepy children in your arms.
There is a shuttle service to the beach, I thought it would not be convenient with children. Everything turned out to be convenient and the schedule was just right, it was enough to buy and have fun for the children.
In general, I recommend the hotel, if we return to Dubai, then to this hotel.
There is a Turkish restaurant "Kapadokya" in the hotel building. In the evenings, we dined strictly there. So we got hooked. We have exactly the same Turkish restaurant "Afiyet Mangal" in Almaty. So we were at home.

Advantages: located next to the metro station. There is a bus stop nearby where you can get to Kite Beach (here in the subway you need to buy a silver travel card in the vending machine for this and replenish it - in general, it is not expensive). You can rent a beach umbrella and a large beach towel at the hotel and take either a regular bus to Kite Beach or a bus from the hotel to Marina Beach (runs 3 times a day). But the concept is not Turkish: one soup, one or two meat dishes, one fish dish, and three side dishes to choose from, one salad, fruit, bread, rolls. In general, everything is there and it was delicious for me! The waiters work well. The rooms are not new, but they are good, everything works. To get out, you need to report this - turn on the scoreboard. And in order for the water to be brought, it is also necessary to inform. I do everything quickly and immediately. There is a small swimming pool on the roof. Clean. Towels are provided. But there is water on the roof for an additional fee. A good, comfortable city economy class hotel.

We really liked the hotel. We were with children aged 11 and 3. Saiful was a very kind, attentive and helpful person who met us, took all our things from the taxi, escorted us to the room, treated us to juice and fruits. When we left, he called us a taxi and helped us load our belongings into the car. All the staff is friendly, they always open the doors when meeting and escorting. We arrived after the hotel in Sharjah and it was as if we had entered civilization. The rooms are clean and spacious. The metro is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfasts are quite varied and delicious, the waiters are very nimble so that there is no queue, they bring everything themselves. A pleasant hotel within walking distance from the metro station and bus stop. It is very convenient to get to the beach, you can transfer from the hotel or take bus 81 to the Parus hotel. The location of the hotel is 10 stars, across the street from the hotel is the Mashrek metro and a bus stop, which allowed us to move around the city. A wonderful hotel at a pleasant price. However, I live out of season. Clean, excellent service, regular replenishment of the bar. Across the street there is a metro station and a bus stop, within walking distance of a huge mall, around a lot of restaurants for every taste and budget. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna.

There is a bus to the beach three times a day, it is better to book in advance for 11, since there is a limit on the number of people from the hotel, along the way the bus stops at several more hotels, beach towels are given out. The food is acceptable, without a large assortment, but you can always eat well. I rent one star for the bathroom (the humidity is worth it, it's not real to dry things, and there was no balcony in the room) they dried on whatever they had to.

The hotel staff is very helpful, I do everything you ask. There is a swimming pool on the roof, for adults and for children. They feed at the restaurant next door to the hotel. The kitchen in the restaurant is 3+, but in any case it is cheaper than eating in restaurants. You can change dinner for lunch. If the food does not suit you at all, then there is an Emirates mall in 15-20 minutes on foot, which has a footboard. There is a bus to the beach, but you need to book it at the reception in advance. But get ready for terrible traffic jams when you return from the beach. In general, I liked the hotel, if I come to Dubai again, I will stay at this hotel.

The location is right next to the subway, but we were unlucky, the station was closed for the entire vacation, and the hotel provided a Shuttle service only to one JBR beach. The service and staff are top, at 5+. The cleanliness in the rooms after cleaning is ideal, if they forgot to put something, then they immediately brought it on the call. The food for breakfast is a standard buffet, for lunch and dinner on the menu. Although it is slightly monotonous, we were generally satisfied in two weeks, because it is better than paying for restaurants (far from cheap). The rooftop pool is great. I got one cockroach on the floor in a restaurant, but for Dubai this is the norm and only one type does not count). Summary - I recommend the hotel.

I also really liked the cakes with greens.... There is a choice of fruits and vegetables, meat and omelette, or scrambled eggs will be made as you ask).
Clear. They clean well. On the roof there is a swimming pool with panoramic views. In the evening, you can sit at tables there, have dinner and even order food from the restaurant.
The staff is responsive and receptionist and bellhops))) And the main plus, why we took this hotel - the metro is almost across the street!

Great location! Right in front of the subway. 3-4 stations to Dubai Marina, 10-15 minutes on foot to Emirates Mall (where Sky is Dubai) and a bus stop to Butterfly Park and Mirage (park, flowers). The staff is attentive and polite, but there is no one with the Russian language (we communicated through Translater). The breakfasts are good, varied, the cuisine is local and Euro, always delicious hummus and scones with herbs! The rooms are clean and cleaned immediately at will. The location is excellent, the metro is opposite. The only disadvantage is the breakfasts - they were not hungry, but there is almost no choice, the child always ate cereal with milk, and I sausages and watermelon)) plus, you can order scrambled eggs for the cook - he will do it, but at rush hour there is a queue for it. Not a bad hotel, we were there for 4 days. It's not clear what the cleaning schedule is, since while we were living, the room was cleaned only once (badly), maybe we were just so lucky. The air conditioner in the room blew directly on the bed, they got sick + it's mega-humid in the room, if you want to raise the temperature, then there's nothing to breathe. For the sake of the view from the window, it's not worth checking in there, it's not there =). However, the hotel is not bad for spending the night. To go to Dubai, not to sit in the room...I put 4 only because of the staff, good people who helped correct the mistake of our tour operator, who overlapped with the armor of the room. On food: delicious, no complaints.

Plus, right next to the Mashrek metro station, it's easy to get to the main attractions. You can transfer on the metro line to get to Dubai Marina, buses go to the beaches at certain times for free from hotels (but it takes a very long time). There is 1 metro station to the Emirates Mall.
In general, the hotel itself is not bad, the service staff is helpful, can help with various issues. In the vicinity there are small cafes and eateries, shops with food and hygiene products.
Of the minuses, the food in the hotel is not fire, but you can have a little snack in the morning (vegetables, boiled eggs, sausages, fruits, a choice of drinks, etc.). And the strong smells on the ground floor near the elevator slightly spoiled the overall impression of the hotel.
