Located across the street from the metro station. It is a 40-minute drive from DXB airport. Next to the exit of the metro station is bus stop 81 for a trip to Kate Beach (20-25 minutes and 3 dirhams). Arrived at 6 a.m., booked an early check-in for 100 dirhams, and a tourist fee of 5 dirhams per day. The staff is friendly and helpful, they speak English. The hotel itself is not very big. The room is quite spacious. The air conditioner is central, it works constantly, properly. The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean, the blanket is tucked under the mattress to keep your feet warm;) There are supplies in the dispensers in the bathroom. Cold and hot water are available. There are sockets for different plugs. TV with 3 channels in Russian. View from the window to the construction site. The curtains don't let in any light. The water was 2x0.5, it was not replenished for 2 days. They also did not come to clean, change towels, or bed linen. Things practically do not dry in the room. The safe and refrigerator are available, they worked properly. There's plenty of room for things, and the closet is roomy. Breakfasts from 06:30, varied. At the same time, they also serve. There are various supermarkets nearby. There aren't many places to eat nearby, but you can find them for different budgets. The overall impression is positive.

Excellent budget hotel. It is located directly opposite the metro, plus there is an 81 bus stop nearby (this is to the best kite beach), although the bus does not reach 1 stop in the opposite direction and it takes 10-15 minutes to walk. They provide beach towels and a beach umbrella. The rooftop pool is quite large for such a small hotel and due to the fact that the hotel has only 6 floors, there is often no one in the pool. Breakfast - porridge, eggs, sausages, cheeses, juices, coffee, vegetables, muffins, croissant, yoghurts, fruits Dinner is always fish and beef or chicken, plus side dishes, fresh vegetables, ice cream, juices, fruits. The selection is small, but the food is delicious. The staff at the hotel is very customer-oriented, always accommodating and helpful in everything. Cleaning when the Clean room button is pressed every day. There is a sofa in the rooms where a child can sleep (linen and a pillow were provided immediately upon request). There is a 24h supermarket nearby (there is a ready-made hot meal) , a 10-15-minute walk to the huge Mall Emirates shopping center. Minuses 1. The Windows overlooked the neighboring building, where employees of the neighboring hotel / store spent time, in general, I don't know what. But we didn't open the curtains. Construction is underway on the other side of the building. 2. The socket where the kettle did not work. The hair dryer was more dead than alive (I drive my own, but there's a problem for someone) 3. Overhead sink and very close faucet in the bathroom. It was impossible to wash and rinse my swimsuit so as not to cause a flood. 4. There is nowhere to dry swimsuits. Rooms are a separate topic, there are no such rooms even in 5-star hotels. We rented 2 rooms for a family of 6 people. So we were given a 3-room room with three full bathrooms, where we could all settle freely. The second room was a one-and-a-half-room, very nice for two people. Taxi drivers took us directly to the parking lot 2 meters from the elevator. We were pleasantly surprised by this approach. It is especially convenient after partying with sleepy children in your arms. There is a shuttle service to the beach, I thought it would not be convenient with children. Everything turned out to be convenient and the schedule was just right, it was enough to buy and have fun for the children. In general, I recommend the hotel, if we return to Dubai, then to this hotel. There is a Turkish restaurant "Kapadokya" in the hotel building. In the evenings, we dined strictly there. So we got hooked. We have exactly the same Turkish restaurant "Afiyet Mangal" in Almaty. So we were at home.

The food was very good, everything was delicious. Fruits, ice cream. The transfer takes you to the RNB beach. We don't like it, so we took 81 buses to sail or kite beach, but we had to transfer back, because 81 buses ended at the airport pier. The most important thing is near the metro. The location is right next to the subway, but we were unlucky, the station was closed for the entire vacation, and the hotel provided a Shuttle service only to one JBR beach. The service and staff are top, at 5+. The cleanliness in the rooms after cleaning is ideal, if they forgot to put something, then they immediately brought it on the call. The food for breakfast is a standard buffet, for lunch and dinner on the menu. Although it is slightly monotonous, we were generally satisfied in two weeks, because it is better than paying for restaurants (far from cheap). The rooftop pool is great. I got one cockroach on the floor in a restaurant, but for Dubai this is the norm and only one type does not count). Summary - I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is very well located, the metro is nearby, you can get to any point quickly. The staff is very polite and attentive, they will bring water or bathrobes upon request. The rooms are clean and well cleaned. There is a bus to the beach three times a day, it is better to book in advance for 11, since there is a limit on the number of people from the hotel, along the way the bus stops at several more hotels, beach towels are given out. The food is acceptable, without a large assortment, but you can always eat well. I rent one star for the bathroom (the humidity is worth it, it's not real to dry things, and there was no balcony in the room) they dried on whatever they had to.
