I was driving to get a Kevlar case from another city. I checked the availability several times — they confirmed by phone that there was a case, and I could safely drive up. An hour after the call, I arrived at the store — there was no cover. The seller just spread his hands and said that, apparently, he had already been sold. No apologies, no suggestions of alternatives — completely ignored.

In mid-October, the iPhone glass was repaired and replaced. I've been using it for half a month now, the quality is fine. There are no bubbles. A safety glass is also installed there. The problem with the speaker and sound has disappeared (special thanks). Individual approach, friendliness, the needs of the work time were taken into account. A replacement phone was given for the waiting time. In case of problems, I know exactly who to contact now))))
