You can also find English shops in the center, we bought children's things there) the metro is 3 minutes from the hotel! Al mamzar Beach is 30 minutes away by taxi. The beach is gorgeous! I stayed at the hotel during the ArabHealth exhibition, business trip. The hotel is good, but I can't say that it justifies its 5-star category. I will note significant drawbacks: - the room stock is not new (this can be seen from the quality of the floor and furniture), - the complete lack of fresh air from the street (the window is airtight, there are no shutters, vents, there is no way to open at least one small crack), while the climate control system does not work perfectly, it felt like you were in a pot. - There are prices for products for the mini-bar, but the mini-bar itself is empty, which is rather strange (it is unlikely that anyone will call the reception to use the mini-bar menu), - The hair dryer is tightly screwed in the closet drawer in the room itself, there is no way to dry and style your hair looking at yourself in mirror (the hair dryer wire does not allow you to observe yourself in the mirror). - It is also very difficult to adjust the temperature of the water, there is a risk of scalding with boiling water. - And one more disadvantage for me personally is that there are only 2 universal sockets in the room, I had more devices that needed charging. Adapters are not provided. But, it is worth noting the advantages of the hotel, which certainly exist! - a very comfortable bed, a thick mattress, beautiful snow-white linens, the quality of sleep on a business trip is very important! Special thanks for that! - There is also a convenient place to work in the room. - A varied breakfast can also be attributed to the advantages, the restaurant is quite spacious, which accommodates many guests, there are no problems with a place for breakfast. You can also have breakfast on the outdoor veranda. If the category of the hotel and its price were lower, then all the above-described disadvantages could be ignored. And since the hotel category is 5*, these disadvantages are significant.

The hotel is terrible ((( it has 2 advantages. This location ... near Dubai Mall and many attractions, and delicious food, we had breakfast and lunch with them ... but everything else is tin.. it all started with the arrival.. Everything is old and shabby( (( we booked our trip back in January and had a rest in March. They take a deposit of 75 € upon check-in, supposedly then they return it. But it's been 2 weeks, they still haven't returned it ((( they say that little time has passed... but how little? Isn't the deposit refunded upon check-out????

The only thing is that we were not quite correctly oriented in terms of the size of the standard room, they did not put an extra bed for the child before our arrival. The standard room is too small for a family with children, so we had to upgrade - upgrade the room to a two-room one. The additional expenses were compensated by the stunning view from the window of the room on the 20th floor)) We did not have time to visit the spa area, but we liked the pools - the water is clean, warm, the sun beds are comfortable and new. Very convenient location of the hotel - there is a Mall, many cafes, pharmacies, markets, clean streets, friendly people.

The hotel often carries out cleaning and cleaning of the pool area, for which many thanks, but often hotel visitors swimming in the pool spit there (it was with me several times), the hotel staff do not make comments. There are also very few shuttles to the beach and they are at an inconvenient time. To the beach, the shuttle leaves the hotel at 9:30, goes through the Dubai Mall and arrives at the beach at about 10:15-10:30, by which time it is already getting hot enough. The shuttle leaves back from the beach at 15:30. As a result, you need to spend all the sun on the beach, or go back by taxi. The cost of a one-way trip is 30-40 dirhams. The rest of the hotel is very good, the quality of cleaning in the rooms is very pleased, every day they leave water in the rooms and coffee capsules as a compliment.

Since June, the hotel has either been responsible for it at all, or comes up with stupid explanations for what to write off the money for (this is for the laundry), although since it was a business trip, all the checks and docks have been preserved. There are generally a lot of joints (a spring flew out of the mattress, torn towels were brought, they said every day that breakfast was unpaid, etc.), but in comparison with the theft of money, it's all nonsense. Moreover, we have saved the data of the card, which we are using exclusively physically.
