An extremely unpleasant experience. On March 5, a charging unit was purchased at this store for 75 rubles. The seller demanded payment in cash and did not issue a cash receipt. The receipt was received only a few days after repeated requests. The product was not used or even opened. For almost two weeks, the store's employees were misleading, claiming that the refund issue had been transferred to the management and the money would be refunded. At the last request, the seller called the owner, who refused to return the money on the phone and offered to "contact wherever you want." Upon the non-issuance of the check and the actions of the employees, appeals were sent to MARCH and the tax authorities. A very strange approach to working with clients
