A couple of days ago, a friend and I came from Almaty to my hometown of Namangan via Bishkek. Yesterday, we ate pilaf from the devzira rice variety in a teahouse in the city, and during the meal, one friend let slip about pilaf in the Asakinsky district of the Andijan region (the village of Chuntak). Just a couple of hours ago, we tried this pilaf called "Chuntak" (translated from Uzbek as "Pocket"). Pilaf is just a bomb. I highly recommend it to all gourmets. There are trestle beds and cabins. Although it was stuffy, we sat down on a sofa, but with a bird's-eye view of the village. I'll post the photo. The minimum order is 0.6 kg of pilaf. One of the disadvantages of the teahouse was the main entrance. They threw empty bottles and bottles of various drinks, which is a factor spoiling the atmosphere. The administrator needs to pay attention to cleanliness.
