A very sad experience! 1. The hotel does not provide breakfast, they say that breakfast is included and breakfast is included in the price after coming up with hundreds of reservations and reasons. Not to mention the dust even after cleaning! 2. Among other things, couples can check into your room for an hour during your absence, allegedly it was another manager and another person accidentally checked in, I don't know. TO YOUR ROOM WITH YOUR THINGS!!! And your things stay in the room and the guest who checked in uses your things calmly!!! 3. The staff asked you to wait until the guest leaves and then pick up your things from your room where you left your things and were going to come to it! Room 700, second floor, 08/03/2025

We were passing through this city. The choice fell on this hotel, convenient transport accessibility, which is very important. A new clean hotel, comfortable rooms. I liked that we settled in right away (it was important, because I wanted to rest faster from the road).
