The dining room is clean, the pool is clean, we went to the sauna and jumped into the pool and ran back to the sauna. There is a hammam, we did not go there, we played table tennis every day. A very beautiful view of the mountains from the dining room and the pool area and sun beds and from half of the rooms. We connected the laptop to the TV (we brought the wire with us), watched movies, played games. To begin with, this hotel is actually not 4 stars, and in some places it does not even reach the top three.
From the very first day, various problems arose, because of which I had to run to the reception many times. We had a broken front door lock, flickering lamps and a wifi that did not work in the room.
Cleaning. Upon checking into the room, it immediately became clear that after the previous guests, they did not really clean it, and for the new ones, they skimped on towels (they left only 2 small ones), the bed was made with leaky sheets and bedspreads. I also had to run after the maid to beg for toilet paper and towels.
In general, cleaning is not daily here, and even if it took place, it is hardly noticeable: the floors will be slightly washed, the trash will be updated, but bed linen and towels will not be changed. Turkish cleanliness somehow does not smell.
Meal. Many dishes are on the tables solely for the sake of appearance: 4 almost identical vegetable salads, 5 types of pickled inedible olives, and cheap ketchup-mayonnaise of course. Desserts (with the exception of two or three) are sugary and moist, there is no baklava at all. Normal meat dishes are not given every day, there is not enough hot variety. Occasionally they do something on the grill, such as fish.
The only dining room is always very noisy during rush hour, as there are many families with children in the hotel.
Staff. The waiters and bartenders work well, but the administration is kind of useless. To solve problems, you need to approach them many times.
One evening we returned from an excursion to the room, and the door to it was wide open. And this is not our forgetfulness - the door was closed. But apparently then someone from the staff came in and did not close the door (judging by the lack of cleaning, it was not a cleaner). We tried to watch the cameras from the corridor with the administrator, but they themselves do not navigate them and it did not work out who broke down the door. Well, at least the things remained in place. After such an incident, there was no longer any trust in the hotel.
Walking around Kemer all these days, we saw many other four-star hotels that at least look appropriate and are on the first or second line, and it's sad. Don't repeat our mistake and don't go to Rich Melissa - it's not worth it.

The worst hotel in my travel experience, there is no smell of 4 stars here. The room is dirty: dirt on the walls, furniture, bed linen is torn and stained. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, it stinks of dampness. The toilet paper was soaked with moisture. There are no cosmetic accessories, not even a dental kit. There are only 2 small towels for 2 people. I literally had to run after the maid and ask for towels. And the lock was broken in our room - we had to wait an hour for the master to put a new lock on us, why can't we give an initially serviceable room?There is zero service. We bought a WiFi for $ 40, but it didn't work in the room, we waited 2 hours for it to be set up normally, instead of walking around the city and enjoying our vacation. The lights in the room were flashing, they promised to replace the light bulbs - nothing was replaced. The room was cleaned 3 times in 12 days, taking into account the cleaning upon check-in. And then the whole cleaning is to wipe the floor. The linen has not been changed once. We asked to clean up every day, as a result, only promises, even the salt in the bathroom, washed off after the sea, crystallized. We contacted the tour operator's hotline, the hotel guide personally asked the staff to clean the room and replace the lamps. But the staff didn't do anything. And the cherry on the cake was that one day we came from an excursion, and our room was wide open. There was no cleaning, so it wasn't the maid, and it wasn't our forgetfulness - the door was locked. Nothing is visible on the cameras, she is alone on the floor and her view is at the other end of the corridor. What did the staff do? Nothing!
The food was good for the first couple of days, and then the locals left and all the meat/fish disappeared. They ate rice and pasta, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes in a circle. From near the meat store, only chicken liver and chicken hearts were offered, is this normal in 4?! Only melon and watermelon are made of fruits, and they don't know how to cook desserts, even baklava! In the last 3 days of rest, there was some kind of boom in people, they waited for dinner outside for 20-30 minutes, there were not enough seats, they ate on sun loungers.
The bar is the only outlet, I don't know what alcohol is, but soft drinks are varied, bartenders work quickly. You can also make tea yourself. Turkish coffee is only 100 liras.
Beach. He drives a bus, picks up people from several hotels, this is a steam room! 50 people like a herring in a jar going back and forth. The beach itself is normal, but the sunbeds are tired, a lot of broken ones. The beach bar is chargeable, and you can't bring your own drinks. The sea is dirty, full of plastic, but it's not only on this beach, we went out on a yacht to the open sea - there's even more garbage there, it's the merit of people.
There are also a lot of children in the hotel. It's nonsense, because there is no animation for them. Therefore, the children are left to themselves, while the parents are nowhere, the children run in droves through the corridors and scream, morning, afternoon, evening and deep into the night. Of the advantages, only the location is a view of the mountains, but numerous disadvantages negate any views.

Отдыхали в этом отеле 2 раза, в первый раз было все замечательно (октябрь 2022), приветливые хозяева и персонал, вкусные завтраки, уютные апартаменты с балконом, во второй (июль 2023) приехали в надежде, что будет так же, но, к сожалению, достался номер, где не работал холодильник, тёк и не охлаждал от слова совсем, продукты испортились, на просьбу починить прислали техника, который так ничего и не сделал; Далее, кондиционер в спальне дул теплом, потом выдал ошибку, я посмотрела в интернете, ошибка означает, что закончился фреон, о чем мы сообщили на ресепшен, пришел техник, в щитке перезагрузил кондиционер и он опять тупо дул теплом, три дня мы ходили на ресепшен, потому что спать при такой духоте невозможно, на третий день нам поменяли кондиционер, стало хорошо; Ну и вишенка на торте, по вечерам нет горячей воды совсем, мыла голову, вдруг закончилась горячая вода и мне пришлось домывать свои длинные волосы в ледяной воде, не особо приятно было. We stayed at this hotel in the month of May, with a friend. The first reaction when we arrived was - how small it is, that is, there is only a small pool from the territory. We arrived at 6 a.m., check-in was very fast, after 10 minutes they already gave us the keys to our room (we asked for a mountain view and were not refused). The room is also small, but cozy, has everything you need, refrigerator , TV , wardrobe, two beds, one double and one single (apparently family), freshly renovated, very clean! They cleaned it every day. We did not take the safe (there is a $ 1 fee at the reception), nothing ever disappeared from the room, we left both money and things. The staff is all very friendly, everyone is somehow at home, everyone is smiling. They solve everything instantly, the light bulb burned out , they immediately changed it , we accidentally locked the toilet door , we also reacted instantly! And how they fed, it was beyond praise, it was very tasty, the food was varied: porridge, soups, a lot of greens, stewed vegetables, meat mostly chicken, shish kebab several times, also chicken, and sweets are so brain explosion and beautiful and impossibly delicious. The hotel is in the center, everything is nearby, there is a bus to the sea, in my opinion three times a day, but we always walked, we really liked to walk around the beautiful Kemer (walk about 30 minutes to the ruins). But if you didn't want to go to the beach of the hotel, we went to the city, 10 minutes on foot along a beautiful alley. There is no animation, those who wish are taken to clubs. Who needs sports, there is a beautiful volleyball court on the city beach, also 10 minutes on foot.

Cool cute little hotel. Everything is decent for its 4 stars. Very tasty light food, lots of vegetables and fruits, a nice pool. One big minus, as for me, is the rcdrm mosque, and at 6 am prayers definitely do not allow you to sleep. And so everything is on the level. The rooms were cleaned well.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2023 for 10 nights, the cost is 2559€ for 3:
1. Food. To be honest, the availability of food is the minimum, so as not to starve to death. In 11 days, there was chicken and a shin three times. So there was almost a fight behind them (it was a shock, you don't really eat it at home). Once there was a lamb shawarma. It is not possible to eat it at all (since it is made from an old ram. Whoever ate mutton will understand its spicefic taste of old mutton) So the meat went to feed the cats. There were 3 times, for dinner, that there was not enough space (tables) at all, we had to wait for min.20-40. Until the place is free. The fish was only canned, probably 2 times. So that's it. If you eat only vegetables and herbs, then this hotel will suit you.
2. Leisure time. The Internet is paid. The safe is paid. There is no kettle in the room. They don't give you drinking water either. The room is of average freshness (as if it were not so, but you can live). It was amazing that they didn't even have a first-aid kit in their hotel. The child was tempted at night (at the end of the rest). I applied at the reception to be given an antipyretic (I was ready to take it for money). But they didn't have any medicines (which is very strange for a hotel). I had to look for a 24-hour pharmacy. Take a taxi. Since there was no one nearby. There are no animations or discos at all. In the evenings, Turkish music is played at full volume (for background).
3. The sea. There is no beach of its own. He picks up the bus at a certain time, collects other tourists from hotels and takes them to the beach. There is a bar on the beach, for a fee. Water -2$, beer -5$. At 12 o'clock, the bus is packed with people. You're driving, you're sweating profusely. We were traveling on a bus that is packed with people, and everyone stinks of sweat (I'll say that's the feeling).

The hotel is being looked after, it's nice.
There is only one negative! More precisely, I would give a recommendation to this hotel. There is no iron in the room!!! And if you want to stroke, then you have to pay at the reception and they will stroke you (every thing costs money), this is very frustrating. For a 4 star hotel, I think there should be an iron (let it be small, but it will be)!

we rested at the "amazing" Rich Melissa Hotel & SPA from 30.09.23 to 08.10.23.
I will make a reservation in advance, for 2 years in a row I rested in 3-4 * hotels in Alanya, and I had no such questions, I did not compare a 5* hotel with a high class of service.
I chose the hotel based on reviews, Travelat, Tophotels and even Yandex.maps. I did not expect of course 5 * service, but at least some kind of service, for 150 thousand for 2 in a week I wanted to get.
So, we arrived at the hotel in the evening. Two young people at the reception gave us the keys to the coveted room on the 3rd floor. Suite, so to speak) separate entrance from the side, with a large balcony) The room, not suitable for habitation, shocked us the second we entered. It seemed impossible to stay in the room even for the night.
We asked the reception to replace the room in which a cicada was trilling behind the wardrobe, and it is simply impossible to enter the bathroom (if it is possible to name a pantry converted into a bath).
The guys at the reception, quite nice young people, agreed to replace our room without any problems, saying that they give us the best room, and if it doesn't suit us, they simply don't have a better one. So, we were given room 215, with windows overlooking the pool. Almost every day, until about 11-12 pm, music plays quite loudly around the pool, so this disco is in your room too.
The room was a family room, with 2 rooms, packed in full, and the hotel management does not know anything about the elementary cosmetic repairs.
In the bathroom there are tubed door slopes, which are kept on a kind word, because the water has put them in such a state that they have been rotting for a long time. The employees also do not know anything about cleaning the plumbing, because the shower was in a black coating, which has already petrified.
The towels are worn to holes. and this is not figuratively speaking, there are just holes on the towels. There are no towels for the beach, but the sign at the reception says that you can take them on deposit. But there are no towels under the deposit, in any way.
In general, employees and management do not know much about cleaning. Wipe the floor, and that's it. The sand in the room as it was before us, and remained lying in the openings further, it does not bother anyone there.
Food. If you eat salad and bread, you will have no problems. Chicken was almost always made of meat. the rest is rice, incomprehensible pasta, beans, well, and something similar about the same plan, heart, liver. once a week there was grilled mackerel, which was well singed. In general, you probably won't starve, but it won't be pleasant either. Always the same breakfast, lunch and dinner. And there will also be little delicious food, or rather almost no.
From good, very tasty bread, olives, cheese and tangerines. The beer was good, the wine was quite normal.
The hotel staff is not very friendly. only bartenders and a young man at the reception. The rest are not particularly happy about your arrival.
the Internet in the hotel is only paid, although it was stated that there was Internet in Lobi. But he was not there either, only for 50 lire a day.
The audibility in the hotel is perfect. You can hear the neighbor snoring behind the wall, how the drain drains over you, and so on.
The beach is far away. If you do not like to walk, or you are exhausted by the heat on the bus or you may get sick in the stuffy transport, you probably will not be comfortable.
The sea is good, the approach was quite smooth for me. On the beach, the approach is rocky, but we did quite well without corals.

The towels were torn, but everything was clean. They will help everyone at the reception, but when they met everyone, they didn't care, they didn't tell anything, find out everything yourself. The hotel has a hammam and spa treatments, we tried, to be honest it was not very good, the hammam is not completely clean, somewhere broken. The massage was done by two women, it was 3 out of 5 points.About the hotel's own beach, this is of course tin, walking 2.5 km, free transfers go 4 times there (9.00, 10.00, 14.00, 15.00) and only twice back (at 12.00 and 18.00), the crush in the minibus is terrible, there are always a lot of people. I visited this hotel in 2012. It was my first trip abroad. The impression is disgusting. Unfortunately, all the bad things that were written in the reviews here are true. I thought that something had changed in this hotel in 12 years. According to the reviews, no. I can add a particularly memorable episode of rudeness to me: in the dining room, I put a plate of food on the table and while I went to get bread, the plate was removed, and so on several times. At the same time, four young boys in white (or rather, gray) dressing gowns - waiters sort of - watching this, laughed like crazy, waited as soon as I put down my plate and turned away, immediately ran to clean it up. When I approached them and asked why they were doing this, they immediately "forgot" the Russian language and laughed brazenly in my face. That time I had to leave without eating. I imagine what these boys can do in the kitchen with dishes of the Russian tourists they so "adore" - they will probably spit there, and whatever, for the sake of jokes. Respect yourself, compatriots! Choose a decent vacation and a respectful attitude!

We arrived at the hotel late, dinner was already over, we were given the worst room of this hotel, it's 100%, the room is on the second on the floor where the balcony overlooks the pool, the room was very small, very dirty, it felt like we stopped right after the people.. The bathtub was one meter by one meter, there was someone's blood on the curtains.. well, in general, there was a lot more to write. In the morning they promised us a new room, they moved us only after we asked about it 20 times at the reception, they gave us a good room. We didn't go hungry, we usually ate only in the morning and if we had time, we had dinner, took something from the food, tomato soup, bread, vegetables and various cheeses, but there was no variety at all. Food for 2-3 points. It takes 25-30 minutes to walk to the sea. There is a bus from the hotel. We were constantly walking and eating in Kemer restaurants. I can't say that the hotel ruined our vacation, because we like to walk, spend time outside the hotel. Think 500 times before taking a tour to this hotel for THAT KIND of MONEY, if it costs 40-50 thousand rubles, it will do. And I strongly do not recommend it!

We had a vacation with a friend in September 2019. Pleasant polite staff, clean, nice, large enough rooms - for two there was a spacious room with one double bed and one single (i.e., in fact, for three with a child) and a balcony, a refrigerator in the room, air conditioning, a table, a mirror, a large wardrobe with a bunch of hangers and shelves, a safe for $ 2 per day. If you leave small money like a dollar every 2-3 days, then they clean it well, and change the linen with towels. Beautiful views from the window.
Many people swear in the reviews that they were put in a bad room on the first day. Yes, this is practiced, apparently, in many hotels, and it is clear why: the check-out time is 12-00 everywhere, so when new guests arrive late in the evening (we arrived around 11 pm), they are settled in temporary conditions, and the next day, after the departure of other guests, they are moved to full-fledged rooms. We were also put up for the first night in a small room, there was everything we needed, only cramped, and the pipes smelled, but from the road there was only one desire - to sleep, and in the morning to the beach, so it didn't bother absolutely. And after 12 o'clock we were moved to a normal room.
The choice of food is quite large, a lot of vegetables, a lot of sweet treats, there were very few fruits, and every day there was chicken or turkey, there was no fish. In general, you won't stay hungry, but the menu is monotonous. The bar offers free white and red wine, beer, and cola. Delicious tea. The dining room is clean.
No insects-no cockroaches, no mosquitoes, or anyone else -have ever been seen in the rooms or in the dining room.
The hotel has its own beach, large sand + small pebbles on the beach, free sun loungers, a paid bar. The sea is clear and transparent, even when there are waves. A free bus of the pazika type goes to the beach and back, there are 2 times in the morning, one back, so there is a crush back (at lunch), there is no such crush in the evening. The bus has air conditioning, but it is not always turned on. It takes 7 minutes to drive. We went to the beach and walked back, it took 35 minutes to walk, the road was among 5* hotels and shops, so it didn't bother us much. In general, we deliberately chose this hotel in order to walk more, because it is already a sedentary lifestyle, physical inactivity, etc. You can go to the city beach, it is closer, but there are paid sun beds and pebbles.
The place where the hotel is located is quiet, away from night bars and clubs, despite the roads nearby, few cars drive on them. There are many shops near the hotel, including chain stores. There is also a mosque nearby, and at about 5 a.m. the call to prayer sounds on the loudspeaker, but he screams so loudly that he can probably be heard everywhere. It bothered me only for the first couple of days, then either we didn't hear at all, or we quickly fell asleep again))
The hotel has its own hammam, according to the reviews of people who visit the hammam not for the first time - everything is at a decent level.
Wi-fi Internet at the reception, sometimes works fine, and even reaches the rooms, sometimes with difficulty. It can also be used in some places in the dining room and by the pool.
In general, in terms of price-quality ratio, the hotel fully justifies its 3 and a half stars, there are no obvious disadvantages that make life unbearable. Of course, particularly fastidious perfectionists will find a lot of disadvantages and complaints, but they will find them in a 5-star hotel. And if you go beyond the sea and the sun, look at life positively and not be afraid to walk, then this is a good place to relax.

We purchased tickets and on August 3, 2021, we flew from St. Petersburg to Turkey. A private transfer was waiting for us at the airport. A chic passenger Mercedes VITO. To be honest, we were pleasantly surprised. But as it turned out, the surprises were waiting for us further. The view of the hotel does not match the photo on the tour operator's website. As well as everything that is in the interior of it does not correspond. But after meeting with our guide, the information about the hotels was changed. A young couple from Belarus waited for this guide for 6 days. We were lucky, he was half an hour late for a meeting with us. At the reception upon check-in, we gave a small gift, brought from St. Petersburg, with the hope that we would be given a good room. Then, of course, we wished we had kept it for ourselves. As we understood, the gift did not help)) The hotel is just terrible.!!! It feels like he hasn't worked for 10 years. And just a week ago, he was "resuscitated." We went to other hotels for beautiful photos. The room is generally terrible. There is no hood in the toilet. If you go big, it smells all over the room. The plumbing was completely killed. It is not possible to be in a room together. Very small. You can hear everything through the walls. Even now I don't want to write everything that we saw there. It's disgusting to become. Wi-Fi is paid. Food is slop. Soy, beans and sausage made from something else. We ate in cafes. We shot a bunch of videos for YouTube. But there is not even a desire to view and mount all this again. So just a review. The stardom of this hotel is far-fetched. They got them about 10 years ago. When it was new, probably. Everyone who lived there, everyone said that they were treated like us with this hotel. Everyone was counting the days until they got home. The beach is 3 km from the hotel. They drove a minibus full of people . There are no advantages at all. There is no sauna or hammam. They give you some kind of note and you go to the sauna in the next hotel)). They are under repair. Or not at all . I don't know. Don't go there. My wife started crying on the first day. But the sea settled everything. We tried to walk and swim more in order to spend as little time at the hotel as possible. It was the worst vacation ever. I was ashamed to tell my friends . Once again, the photo of the hotel on the website does not correspond to reality. And all 4-5 reviews are custom-made. Since they were all written in the same year. It feels like they started working in 2019.

We had a room on the 1st floor on the side of the road. It's quieter here than on the other side. There's music playing in the bar. The pool is small, always clean. There is a slide for children. Food: We had enough. Turkey, chicken, veal, fish were a couple of times. Greens, vegetables are a variety! The main thing is delicious cooked! Apples, melons, tangerines, different things every day. At noon, they baked tortillas with filling on the street, delicious. Now about the beach, it's far away, you have to take the bus. We took them to the beach 4 times. Back 2 times. We walked once a day-it's good for your health! There are sun beds on the beach for free, but there are no towels, you need your own. Beer and drinks at the bar (on the beach)-not included, separate fee. We took water with us. Someone was buying. The hotel itself is located in the center of Kemerv. Nearby are all shops, a market, wai kiki, de facto - very good and inexpensive shops. Nearby is a square with fountains and a large clock. You can visit Phaselis yourself by minibus. Excursions are sold at local travel agencies. I want to add that my husband left his iPhone in the locker room on the beach, he remembered after 2 hours. I went there, he's not there, he asks at the bar and they gave him his phone back. We were very grateful. Thank you very much. In general, we are satisfied with the rest!
